I had problems with finding others who would repair it and they were great. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Usually guys will push a repair back a few weeks if they haven’t worked with you before. When I called him the first time, he answered right away. Andy said they could do it within a week, and he stuck to that schedule! He was professional and timely with and emails while coordinating times with my tenant so he could access the property. The price was fair, and I look forward to using them again on future maintenance issues.

Amazing. We are preparing the house for sale and working on a tight timeline. Andy and Robert not only made sure they met our timeline and finished the project on time they managed the entire process and made sure we stayed within budget. They are responsive, even taking a call during the holiday. Items I purchased that were wrong they returned and purchased the right materials. Their crew is polite and clean. All debris was removed. We loved their work and professionalism so much we are using them on another project in our new home. Reasonable pricing and We highly recommend them.

I just had Robert and Andy and their excellent crew remodel my Family Room, Bathroom and more as indicated above. They were very responsive and punctual, and very reasonable in their pricing (I secured three estimates before selecting them). I couldn't be more pleased with their work! Every step along the way, when there was a decision as to how to proceed ( and there were a lot of them because this was an older home space that had never ben renovated), they made the decision to do things the right way, without substantially increasing their price or nickel and dining me with change orders. They offered very good design/construction ideas along the way, most of which we implemented. They were very easy and actually fun to work with - even though home renovation projects are never "easy" on the nerves. They did what they said they were going to do, and finished the job ahead of schedule. They a good, decent people who do a heck of a good job!

They were excellent at communication via email-that's the way to go these days! They also explained what they were doing and pointed out the best practice of repairing this siding. They did a great job at putting up two new siding boards. We had bought and painted the siding ourselves so they would've have to deal with that. Very glad I shopped around and chose the Handy Repair Guys!

Went very well, they were good at communicating the time frame for door installation and cost. They are great at making the customer happy and will work with you to make sure that you are. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Would highly recommend them for residential or business.

you could not ask for 2 of the nicest most conscientious gentleman to work with. Their prices are fair if not generous, they are on time, professional and stand behind their work. I have had them work on many projects here and and have always been able to call them if i had ANY concerns whatsoever.

It was an excellent experience. We had worried that the bannister and stair posts would give way any time. They charged a very fair price especially since they had to take extra time to ensure the job was done with the precision needed and with no damage to our bannister and rails. The bannister could have splintered or shattered with less experienced handymen.

Rob provided an estimate and description of work that was reasonable. The job was broken into three parts. Do the master bath first, then at later date the second bath, then when there was an opening do the water softner, dishwasher, sink facet, and new outside facets. During construction we worked out changes that made the final appearance look much better. He and his help were on time, or called if there was a change. They cleaned up the area each day before leaving and hauled away all trash. Rob went the extra mile on everything to make sure it was right, and sealed properly. I would reccomend Handy Repair Guys in a minute.

I had very good success with them. I still use them quite a bit. I just had an estimate from them and they are going to do some work for me this week. The last time they did work for me was last April. They did an excellent job. The place that was remodeled was two hours away. So, they drove up there and back every week. They kept me informed the whole time. They worked really hard to get it done. They run into some issues that certainly were not their fault or anything, but they worked non-stop to get it done in the time frame they promised. I had used them before, but nothing this extensive. It took them probably four or five months to get it all done.

They're great. They were really good. We go to the same church so that's one reason but they're also very professional in terms of giving a quote. They stay true to their price. They explain what they're doing very well. I feel like they have a good explanation in layman's terms.

The work was a little more entailed than what they thought it was but they kept the original quote they gave us. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with their work. We would absolutely use them again.

I contacted Handy Repair Guys on Friday 03/01/13 and got an estimate to complete a roofing job that another contractor bailed out on leaving me with a partially finished roof. I let the contract and Rob and Andy said they would meet me first thing on Monday 03/04/13. They actually got to the house before I did. Their crew jumped in to the job. By a little after 5 PM the roof was finished and the guttering in place. The job was done quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and especially with the speed. The changing weather that we face here make Handy Repair Guys's response to a request for a bid and the speedy completion of the job merit more than just two thumbs up! I'd very strongly recommend them to anyone to values quality service.

I called several roofing people to come out to fix shingles that had blown off roof after Hurricane Sandy winds came through Indianapolis. I called several roofing companies and they were either unresponsive or could not come out quickly. Handy Repair Guys were the most responsive. They stopped by my house the day I called (Friday), evaluated the situation, called me and quoted a price, and repaired my roof on Monday. The price seemed high but they did good work and they were very responsive to my needs.

Although Andy missed the originally agreed-upon appointment time, he did show up later in the day as promised. His willingness to service the mower on site (at our home) was a big plus. I found his "diagnosis" of the problems as well as his eventual repairs to be fair, accurate and reasonable. And now that I just finished mowing the lawn, I am happy to report that the mower ran and cut great (probably better than the day I bought it!) Therefore, a high recommendation for Andy and the "Handy Repair Guys." If necessary, I'll definitely call upon them again.
