He was exactly on time. He worked steadily for 3 hours and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Very polite, clean and neat. He responded to my phone call the same day, and came 3 days later. I can’t say enough good about him.

It was a pretty good job, but he is very slow, which added up the dollars. Had to come back to finish because he was tired. A nice man but not the most efficient.

Randy was on time, was focused on the work, and completed more than I expected. I plan to use his services again and I'm working on my list.

Great as always-Randy has done work for me and my mother before. He replaced the faucet and even went to the hardware store to get parts to make sure the faucet would function properly. Then he cut a plastic strip to size that goes along the bottom of my shower door. The other one had come loose. He then replaced it. He then replaced the shower head. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

Randy was very good. He's very neat, organized and done what he said he's going to do.

Door was not installed and caulked properly and started separating from the wall. Contacted Randy and he did not get back to me for several days. I fixed and re-installed the door myself since I could not wait another week for him to fit me into his schedule and we needed to use the shower. He would not offer any type of refund or reimbursement for additional expenses when asked.

Great. Randy was here on time and got all my pictures, shelves and small cabinets hung. This involved several "arrangements" that required appropriate spacing/placement. He also installed strip lighting (did not involved wiring). Randy was here from 9a to about 4:30p with a short break for lunch. He completed all the work I asked for help with and pricing was quite fair.

Randy does not misrepresent what he can or cannot do. He is methodical and reasonably productive, but not highly productive (especially when I was not present). I believe he allocates only 3 hours for his morning shift and 3 for afternoon shift. He always leaves the house to take a lunch break. He does not stay late to finish a task. (This allows him to bill you for a return trip charge.) He did not always follow the tasks in my order of priority; thus, something I really wanted to get repaired was not repaired (requiring a return trip) and something that didn't matter that much was repaired. (Despite two full days, Randy failed to install a shelf in my upstairs closet, even though it was at or near the top of my list when he returned.) The last time I hired Randy, I was quite surprised and disappointed when he abruptly left at 5PM while performing plumbing services installing a replacement kitchen sink -- without any concern I'd be washing my dishes in a hall vanity sink -- for weeks. (He complained about his drive to my Brownsburg home, which apparently was longer than my Westfield home.) I'm writing this review because I paid Randy on two separate occasions to fix my outdoor garage lights and both are not working. When I texted Randy on Jan. 10, 2018, telling him of the need to return and fix (warranty his work), he texted back three minutes later a fabricated story that said the only thing he did was "to remove the dust," when in fact I bought new sockets to install -- twice. The first set of sockets he said were the wrong size, so I re-purchased different size sockets Randy told me to repurchase. When I texted Randy back, he did not respond. Thus, Randy is not warrantying his work, and my "D" rating.

He put the blinds and he did something else. He's dependable. He does a good job, He will do what he can do. If the job is too big, he'll tell you that. He will use what you have. He won't buy new materials if he doesn't have to. He was fine.

Randy supplied all materials and when the projects were completed they looked very professionally done.

It went very well. He completely removed the doors and measured all sides making the doors fit back into the frame. He did the job right.

Perfect! Randy was able to squeeze me in the day after I called. I was trying to do something quickly and he was able to help me out. He told me his cost and I felt it was fair. Great personality and very efficient.

Randy fixed everything – am very pleased with his work

It went well, he spent a little over 1 hour as some of my materials were not heavy enough so he used some of his supplies as they were sturdier.

Great! He totally knows what he is doing and likes it. Spent time to make sure things were right and cleaned up behind himself completely. Once I get another list, I will call him back!

Randy did a great job. He didn't rush through the work and was kind enough to patiently explain the process for replacing a faucet to my 13yo son. I'd definitely hire Randy again.
