Outstanding service. Received my call and assessed my needs with a fair price after hearing my situation. No standard price just because. I was without water due to several leaks in my water line leading from my well to my house. Standing water in my yard. I completely dug up the water line the 26’ distance. After receiving six quotes from other local listing on the web, I was referred to Hamilton Bros. by a company who couldn’t work me in. The other quotes ranged from $1,300 to $2,000. Three being $2,000. Even though I told each company I had the water line completely dug and the line exposed (from 1955 install) they each tried to ensure me their cost was fair. Hamilton Bros. listened to me and fixed my leak, ran a new water line and electrical for less than $500. A price I knew was reasonable and suggested by a well company in Wabash, IN that couldn’t work me in. Hamilton Bros. we’re professional, prompt, and competent. I highly recommend them.

Derek and staff were always willing to aswers questions about the process of drill the well and connecting to the house. Hamilton Brothers were quick to offer suggestions on ways to properly care for a maintain the well for best use and water safety.

Attempting to charge us for a diagnostic service. Didn’t fix anything and told us what we already knew. No invoice, no call, sent us straight to a collection agency. Beware of this shady operation. They damaged our home and their truck damaged our driveway.

We were without water and they told us it would be six days before they could come, but they were able to come out in four days. He gave us honest advice about our water well and pressure switch. He is a great guy. They have been in business a long time and they do darn good work!

Our water pump quit about mid-morning.  A call to Hamilton Bros. resulted in their arrival that afternoon.  All work was completed and the water back on in time to prepare dinner.

I like this company because they gave us good advise and showed us how to fix the problem if it happened again. They have good customer service, their easy to contact, and their work was quality work.

Larry Hamilton and his field people are great. We called Larry after another pump company repeatedly promised to service a well pump problem, but failed to come. He has high quality pump lines and worked hard to provide the right product quickly. He actually recommended equipment that reduced his bill, but resulted in a better installation. Highly recommended!

We needed a clean well report to close on our house. Derek worked with the bank to get them the information they needed. We appreciate his help and will definitely call Hamilton when we need well services.

Company should be a little more mindful of their language. They were smiling and happy when I gave them a plate of cookies. Our plumber came out and inspected the pump and there were a few things he would have done differently, but they did complete the job.

They've always been really good about calling you back when you leave a message for them. They are really efficient and I have a lot of confidence in them. They do really good work. We thought we needed a new well, but we don't!

Called in a bit of a panic about low and loss of water pressure, having to nurse the water along. Because we are a boarding kennel, no water is a HUGE problem. They couldn't get to us until later in the week, but after a couple "I'm freaking out" phone calls, they came the next morning. The well pump was over 30 years old and in bad shape, literally falling apart when he was showing it to us. They replaced the well pump and took care of everything within just a few hours. They even helped me dig up some flowers from around the well so they wouldn't damage them. I hope to never have well issues again, but if we do we will always call Hamilton Brothers.

It went great! Kudos to Hamilton Brothers! They determined we did not need to dig a new well which would have cost several thousands of dollars. The company that had installed the well had placed it too deep and into sand. When the pump ran it was pulling sand up causing obstruction to water flow, and as a result had burned the pump out. They replaced the pump and ever since we have wonderful water flow and pressure. We were very, very happy with the service and especially happy that the bill was around $650 as opposed to thousands of dollars. The best part, though, is that we have water again! We now have water at a much decreased cost to what we expected to pay. The gentlemen who came out were courteous, honest, and knew what they were doing. Thank you, thank you Hamilton Brothers!

Hamilton Brothers, were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and prepared to do the work. The second trip was covered under their warranty. They apologized for having to return. No charge for the second trip. I would recommend them in a heart-beat!

I HAVE NEVER HAD A CONTRACTOR BE ON TIME BEFORE - UNTIL NOW. EXCELLENT WORK THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY EVEN TOUGH IT WAS VERY COLD OUTSIDE ON 10 DEGREE JANUARY DAY. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE TOO.
