What a great place! We will definitely use them again. He repaired (resoled and restitched) a pair of beloved suede wedge boots that I thought were irreparable. I'm so glad to have them back! And he did an excellent job on my husband's shoes as well. Great price, excellent quality, and quick turnaround time.

I would recommend Hakky for shoe repair. What stood out the most about their service is that they are very knowledgeable, very friendly, informative and upfront. I would grade them 'A' for everything.

Very friendly and professional.  I got some great information regarding my shoes along with both the care of them and what to look for in the next pair.  They did the repairs right on schedule and the work is top notch.

I took in one of my Coach purses to be dyed. It was looking worn. I was warned it may turn out slightly darker. It looks great, just like new. I certainly could not replace the purse for price it cost to be dyed. The purse was ready for pickup as promised. Fantastic job!

Wonderful! They were polite and did an excellent job on the replacement. I wear each pair at least once per week to work and I have gotten an extra year out of the shoes already. The replacement heel is showing very little sign of wear after a full year of use.

They look excellent. They were a pair of Justin Roper Ostrich boots that needed a new sole and heel. I had another pair of boots and he took the measurement for the heels off of those boots so he could get a feel for what type of heel I like. He also shined them up, and made them look better than when I took them in, even though they are an every day workboot. And he did that for free. He had a long discussion with me about how I like to wear the boots and what I was looking for in a new sole and heel.

They did a great job at a great price. Took all the built up salt off my dress shoes and recolored and finished my shoes.

I couldn't be happier for the price and I get a little more life out of my old stand-bys! Quality work and reasonable rates. Everything complete in time frame promised.

Great! I am very pleased with the outcome. They look brand new. The stitching was torn at the top of the boots because of the tear. He used the patch and the stitching is very close to the original.
