These boots basically look brand new now!! The Uggs especially were pretty scuffed up and I am so impressed with how great they look!! I had both pairs buffed, shined, and water-proofed. AND they were ready the very next day!

Customer service was excellent

I've had a variety of services with them. They do a very good job. The owner and his young son always wait on me. They are very professional and quite courteous. Whenever he says the shoes are going to be ready, they are ready. The price is costly but all shoe repairs are.

He did it by hand, which impressed me to no end! He did it while I waited, and he's the owner. He was vary fairly priced too.

Found this place b accident. Sign said would repair shoes while you wait, I happened to be wearing m shoe. They did an excellent job of repairing my shoe, air looked al,out better than the day I bought them. Owner has good personality and interacts will with customers,

I had stopped in last week with my mom to have a quick fix on her purse. The boots she had on she has had since 1986 and he was telling her he could fix and refinish them for about $40. I ended up dropping off both her boots, my boots, and a pair of shoes. He said they would be done by Sunday afternoon and they were. Great work, great price. This makes 5 items he has worked on for me and while I picked these up, my girlfriend dropped off her Ugg boots. Definitely will continue to use him in the future.

I stopped in to see what type of work he did. Told me it would take him an hour and he would repair or patch both pairs of shoes for $15. Amazing service at a great price. Definitely going to take back in other leather products.

Work was of high quality and completed when promised. Owner was pleasent and professional. Price seemed high but was likely due to the shop being located in a mall.

When I came back at the appointed time, the work was done as promised and the price matched the estimate exactly. That is usually enough to make me pretty happy in this day an age of crappy service.

However in this case I was thrilled becasue the shoes looked AWESOME! Obviously they can't make the creases I've worn into them disappear, but otherwise they looked brand new.

I would absolutely use this company again and strongly recommend them to anyone who asks.

We took 3 pairs of boots and one pair of shoes. They replaced the heels and the soles for all them. They shined and waterproofed all the boots. They did a fantastic job and all the pairs look brand new again. In this economy they saved us money. We will certainly use them again. Very polite, very professional and they offered us coupons for future business. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

When our mischievious Labrador chewed on one of my husband's shoes (and then on one of the brand-new ones he bought to replace it!), he thought all hope was lost. Urging him to give a shoe repair shop a chance, I called the Greenwood location of this company. Cautioning us that they wouldn't look just like they did before the destruction, the guy I spoke to on the phone seemed confident he could fix them. they were done when promised, and he explained what he did. We were amazed at how good they looked! You'd have to examine them very carefully to tell if they'd ever been damaged. I can't comment on the price paid because I've never needed a repair like this before....however, it was a small fraction of the cost to buy new ones.

It went just like the repairman said it would-no surprises. I did feel it was a bit expensive.

Nothing was wrong about the timing or professionalism. We just paid for a service that was done very poorly.

I was very happy with the the way my boots turned out, they look better now than when I bought them! Nick used better materials than were on the boots originally (and these were not cheap boots). He was also able to fix a bad scrape from when the heel slipped into a crack on the side walk.

I was very disappointed with how I was treated and the quality of the repair. The repair looked fine at first glance, but when I got home I realized it had created an uncomfortable ridge against the top of my foot, making the repaired sandal too painful to wear. To be fair, the shoe shine was nice. I could tell the man behind the counter had some favorite customers, but unfortunately, I wasn't one of them! He was very impatient and unfriendly with me both times I was in. At least I didn't pay a lot of money for their services. I have no desire to submit myself to more lousy treatment for a refund.

Hakky's repaired one of my leather loafers that had split apart at one of the seams. The shoes were in otherwise good condition and I really didn't want to replace them. I was able to drop off one day and pick up as good as new the next.
