The person who came out was very cooperative to work with, did a good job and he did what I wanted. They were very competitively priced. I will use them again in the future.

Don Whitaker very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Two of Don's crew members and Don himself performed the work on Saturday. From start to finish, they were very professional, left no debris laying around when done (I have not found one nail nor anything else) and guaranteed their work. It hasn't rained since the install but from what I have observed, there will be no issues with the new gutters (and if they are, I am sure they will deal with it). You will not be disappointed in their workmanship and professionalism.

The job went very well. They were very efficient. The gutters work great. I wish all contracted jobs were this easy.

They are extremely punctual. We did not have to wait for two weeks like other jobs. They came out and fixed things when we asked them. If they were going to be late they would call and let us know. Everyone was very cordial and polite.

I found this company on Angie's List and he proved to be a very upstanding contractor, he explained all the details and work that was to be done and he delivered. I would definitely hire this company again when I need more work done. This is a small company which turned out to be better than some of the bigger and more advertised competitors. I am very pleased that I found this company on Angie's List.

We got two estimates from gutter companies and chose this company due to price and how quickly he could schedule the job. He came to start when he said that he would, he cleaned up afterwards, and met us for a final inspection the next week as promised before payment.

Everything was great. Of all the companies I researched on Angie's List, Don's was the most reasonable in price. They were in and out within 2 hours. Not only did they install the gutter covers, but they adjusted the gutters for better water flow and installed downspouts. Don, the owner, told me to call if I ever have a problem with the gutters.

Don personally returned my phone call and came out for a free estimate within a few days. He made several useful suggestions for improving our gutter system. Despite some wet weather, his crew arrived as scheduled, and quickly and quietly removed the old gutters. A small piece of gutter board was replaced and painted at no additional charge. All of the work was completed and yard was cleaned up within a few hours. We're happy with the results.

Great. I called them one morning -- they said they could be out late the next morning to do the repairs. They quoted me a price of $75 over the phone which I ended up paying. They were a little late (about an hour) but got the work done quickly and with high quality.

Very good job. Finished job in a single day. Owner came out promptly to phone call to give estimate. Had a team there with in a week to complete. A once WET basement is now DRY!!! Knock on wood!!! Very pleased with service and friendliness of workers. Would refer to anyone.

Price was reasonable and Don estimated the job. He did not, however, oversee his crew of two young men. They were rude, incompetent and destructive. They smoked nonstop and threw the cigarette butts in our yard and driveway. My two young children found these and the metal debris, screws, nails and other scrap left behind for weeks afterward. The downspouts were a disaster, none of them the same length and one of the gutters jutted out past the side of the house by about 4 inches. Very, very poor workmanship. To Don's credit, he did come out on a Saturday to try to correct the problems, but the fixes were not much better. They screwed up our brand new roof and hired a "roofer" to try to repair. He did not have any qualifications that he could show me and did not speak English.

Excellent. Don was very professional and very nice to deal with. Showed up on time and did a great job. I highly recommend using Gutter and More.

After having several other contractors give estimates and disagree about the problems, Mr. Whitaker came out and listened to us. He gave what we considered to be reasonable opinions on our gutter issues and in the end we all agreed on a remedy that would be best. His crew came on the appointed day and time and got right to work partially removing one gutter so I could primer and paint behind it before they re-angled it. They then went to rehanging a gutter that had been removed previously for repair work. The gutter on the back side of the house was a long run of about 40 feet and had bowed in the middle, causing a lot of water to run over the side of the gutter and onto the side of the house. One fellow started installing an additional downspout at the end without one, the other fellow began in the middle of the gutter by removing the gutter and raising it before re-securing it with heavy duty support straps. He then worked his way from the middle to the ends removing the gutter and re-angling it for better flow toward the downspouts. They checked the other gutters for angle and flow, then went back to the front gutter that I had been painting fascia boards and re-angled it. They were there a lot longer than I think they planned on. They did not complain or try to cut corners to finish.

I was a new member of Angie's List. Don Whitaker's Gutters and More had excellent reports, so I called him. He gave me an estimate promptly and said he could do job by two weeks. He did it in a week's time! His price was reasonable, too. I had no idea what color to choose, and he professionally recommended a perfect color. Crew of two came at appointed time and were done within two hours. Great work!

I called them one day and they said they could be here the next day and they were. They did excellent work. I was completely satisfied. They are great people to have work for you. I would highly recommend them and use them again if I ever need to.

I had gotten multiple estimates from general contractors for this work. Gutters & More presented a bid at less than half the cost of anyone else. They were prompt, professional, fast and did excellent work.

I had been putting off this job for years, as I wasn't sure I wanted aluminum gutters, and, sad to say, I usually feel I get less than I expect from contractors...yes, I'm mostly a "do-it-yourselfer". Anyway, the old gutters had gotten to the point I needed to do something, so I picked three companies for estimates. I chose Gutters & More, primarily because the owner of the company has his own crew and he said he would (and did) personally monitor the work as it was done. After the first estimate, I decided I wanted to have fascia covers installed on the second story fascia, and after discussing with Don Whitaker, the owner, I agreed to provide the material and he would do the work. Don was very easy to work with and always willing to adjust his quote as I changed my mind on all the things I wanted to have done. Don supplied the heavier gauge material and custom color, as I requested, used all hidden hangers, and used a very nice corner fitting on the gutters to enhance their appearance. Don's crew - Ron, Jim, and Shawn - were all very courteous and anxious to please. Don didn't ask for a penny until we agreed the job was completed to my satisfaction, and fortunately, we had a couple heavy rain days for me to check out functionality before Don came to collect.

Don responded quickly with a bid and was able to start the job within 3 days. Excellent quality of work.

Great! We did play voice mail tag a few times, but Don got right out to quote the fix, and repaired either the day we agreed to the work or the next. We took his recommendation for a larger gutter and downspout and it looks great. Now someday it may rain again and we can see the work in operation. We're very pleased and would recommend Don for any gutter work.

Don was very prompt in getting back to me and did the work a few days later. He also did a couple small repairs at no additional cost.
