I had a very good experience with them. Once the representative came out and explained what needed to be done, I was pleased. I also liked that since the gutters were brand new, that I didn't have to have the gutters taken out to do the work.

I was not really sure if I got the best price possible but it seemed reasonable.. I had difficulty in getting a firm installation date (they did complete it before the must do date I gave them) and I had to make a couple of calls which they promptly returned promising me a call back which did not happen.. The installer came called to say he was on his way.. He did a good job...

"The clients order was received on 9/17/09 with request for installation week of 9/28/09. This is peak season and the Client was informed that we would do our best. When issuing work on a quick turn around we normally can not give as much installation notice (via multiple phone calls) because we try to work in the jobs as we have openings. Normally we are on a 14 - 21 business day turn around for the work requested. We actually used materials ordered for another job to move the client to the top of the list. This work was completed within a 9 business day turnaround and well before the clients 10/4 departure date. Punctuality and Responsiveness was WELL above standard. We always stress to customers that are requiring SPECIAL services that we may be calling the evening before or the same day, as openings occur in our schedule. I might ad, this was also a particularly raining time period that had us backed up 3 weeks on normal installations due to the nature of the work being outside. We appreciate your business. The experience with them has been very good. They came right away. The second time I called them, I think there was some confusion on what I wanted and there was a delay of several weeks before someone called me. The person that I dealt with had taken medical disability and somebody new was picking up the account information. Once they were informed about it, there was no problem. I compared their price with another provider, and I think that they have a very fair price. They are totally willing to come out and take care of the remaining work. They have measured up the new job and quoted it too. I’ve had no problems with them.

They were really outstanding. The woman came out after the gutters were installed. The sale was made through our contractor, but she still bothered to come out and explain everything. She was exceptionally committed to making sure that we understood how to proceed with the gutters after that.

It was expensive, but I loved the design! The design was exactly what I wanted the system to do. I never wanted to go up on a ladder again. From what I have seen so far, I dont' think I will ever have to. I would recommend them.

They came out and measured and for an estimate. They came out within five days to match them to my roof color and install them. You can't even tell their on the house.

They were great, they were very neat, they didn't leave a mess at all, they took down all the old gutter covers. They put the new one on and we have not had any problems on them. It was done in about a half day.

Gutter Helmet/Pand G Specialties INC came to my home when they were supposed to and installed new covers on my gutters. They completed the work in the amount of time that they told me it would take. They informed me that they like to keep in contact with their customers and are still contacting me to make sure everything is still going well. They actually recently sent me a survey.

Our gutters were damaged by hail. When they took off the gutter helmet and saw the shape they were in, Sheryl said that they couldn't be put back on. She contacted State Farm to pay for brand new gutter helmets. If it hadn't been for her we would have no gutter helmets

GUTTER HELMET WAS NICE ENOUGH TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT MY GUTTERS AND CLEAN THEM OUT. THEY SAID THAT I MAY HAVE SOME DAMAGE FROM HAIL. PROBABLY ON REPLACEMENT I WILL PROBABLY HAVE THEM DO THE JOB.

The price had doubled from years ago when I had used this company and my insurance had not given enough money to cover what they were asking for. Gutter Helmet worked with my insurance company and made sure that they cover the charges. They cleaned up well.

They did a wonderful job installing the gutter helmet. Did not leave even a single bit of trash behind, couldn't even tell they had been here. The gutter helmet is by far the best system for keeping debris out of the gutter I have seen. Cheryl is very easy to work with and did everything she could to make it easy on us. She even cooperated with the roofing contractor in coordinating when the old (damaged) system was removed and the new one installed.

Cheryl Moore is very efficient and professional. Maintained contact via phone during process, including automated updated on prospective scheduling. Gave honest appraisal on need to replace guttering itself (not really needed, only minor cosmetic damage). Actual work was done cleanly and without damage to flowers/lawn. All new Gutter Helmets were installed and look great.

They were prompt, efficient, and easy to work with. I changed both the color and the amount of helmet after signing the contract, and they took care of this just fine. I have used them for three previous buildings over the years, and the new, improved gutter helmet is definitely the best. With my previous experience, I know that the helmet functions very well. I would definitely use them again.

Cheryl Moore is awesome to work with. She is friendly, kind and very professional. The work was completed in a reasonable time, even with the hail storm that came thru on Good Friday. The gentleman who installed the Helmets was prompt and very professional. When he installed the Helmets, he cleaned out the leaves, etc. in the gutters and put them in a trash bag for me to dispose of. I thought that was a great touch.

THEY GAVE US THE BEST DEAL. WE LIVE ON A HEAVILY WOODED LOT, AND THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY CALLED BACK TO CHECK UP ON US.
