One of the smoothest transactions I have ever done. Bill Pryor, the salesperson, was an absolute joy to work with. Kept me informed and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. If you are thinking about having this done, please put this company at the top of your list.

Gutter Helmet/Pand G Specialties Inc were reasonably priced. Their quality and professionalism were excellent.

The reason we used Gutter Helmet/Pand G Specialties Inc was because we have a specific gutter helmet that they do.

I had a very good experience with them. Once the representative came out and explained what needed to be done, I was pleased. I also liked that since the gutters were brand new, that I didn't have to have the gutters taken out to do the work.

The sales pitch was strange, even creepy, from the start. On the phone they wanted to know if I was married - none of their business. Every line from the mouth of the man who came to give me an estimate was a sales pitch, memorized in order. When I asked a question, he continued on, saying he would get to that - as if answering out of order wasn't possible. You must watch a video while they do the measurements or you won't get a discount. They really must update their sales style to this century. In the end I decided not to go with them for many reasons but their gutter helmet color options do not match my shingles and they lay on top of the shingles. Also, to replace the roof the helmets must be removed, stored and then replaced for extra cost. Only when I called back days later to tell the salesman no, did he then offer another option which was cheaper and did not lay on top of the shingles, it would have required another sales visit from him. Waiting for me to turn down the more expensive option before offering an alternative is unprofessional. Too bad, sounds like the alternative would have been just what I wanted. My advice to them is to lose the old-fashined hard sales approach and present all options right up front.

I was not really sure if I got the best price possible but it seemed reasonable.. I had difficulty in getting a firm installation date (they did complete it before the must do date I gave them) and I had to make a couple of calls which they promptly returned promising me a call back which did not happen.. The installer came called to say he was on his way.. He did a good job...

The experience with them has been very good. They came right away. The second time I called them, I think there was some confusion on what I wanted and there was a delay of several weeks before someone called me. The person that I dealt with had taken medical disability and somebody new was picking up the account information. Once they were informed about it, there was no problem. I compared their price with another provider, and I think that they have a very fair price. They are totally willing to come out and take care of the remaining work. They have measured up the new job and quoted it too. I’ve had no problems with them.

They were really outstanding. The woman came out after the gutters were installed. The sale was made through our contractor, but she still bothered to come out and explain everything. She was exceptionally committed to making sure that we understood how to proceed with the gutters after that.

It was expensive, but I loved the design! The design was exactly what I wanted the system to do. I never wanted to go up on a ladder again. From what I have seen so far, I dont' think I will ever have to. I would recommend them.

They came out and measured and for an estimate. They came out within five days to match them to my roof color and install them. You can't even tell their on the house.

They were great, they were very neat, they didn't leave a mess at all, they took down all the old gutter covers. They put the new one on and we have not had any problems on them. It was done in about a half day.

Gutter Helmet/Pand G Specialties INC came to my home when they were supposed to and installed new covers on my gutters. They completed the work in the amount of time that they told me it would take. They informed me that they like to keep in contact with their customers and are still contacting me to make sure everything is still going well. They actually recently sent me a survey.

They were excellent to work with and were very accommodating. I would definitely use them again without question and would recommend them. They are a bit pricey but make up for it with their service.

Both the sales person and the installer were very pleasant and professional to work with and they both did a good job. We are very pleased with this job.

Our gutters were damaged by hail. When they took off the gutter helmet and saw the shape they were in, Sheryl said that they couldn't be put back on. She contacted State Farm to pay for brand new gutter helmets. If it hadn't been for her we would have no gutter helmets

GUTTER HELMET WAS NICE ENOUGH TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT MY GUTTERS AND CLEAN THEM OUT. THEY SAID THAT I MAY HAVE SOME DAMAGE FROM HAIL. PROBABLY ON REPLACEMENT I WILL PROBABLY HAVE THEM DO THE JOB.

Besides choosing anther company due to price, we chose another product because their salesman and the office personnel were very helpful and thorough in answering questions. Gutter Helmet---As previously reported, this was a very aggressive sales pitch---both spouses are supposed to be there--don't take 'no' for an answer. Even after the demonstration and his measurements, he refused to leave an estimate here or promise to call back in a few days w/ it. I have never encountered a rep that wouldn't get back to you w/ the estimate. The estimate required another appt.--Reluctantly, I did meet again w/ him (w/o my husband this time) just to get the estimate. He insisted on another 30 min. appt. where he repeated many of the lines and memorized phrases that he used previously w/ us. We didn't want to give our business to Gutter Helmet due to so much pressure and lack of professionalism.

The price had doubled from years ago when I had used this company and my insurance had not given enough money to cover what they were asking for. Gutter Helmet worked with my insurance company and made sure that they cover the charges. They cleaned up well.

They did a wonderful job installing the gutter helmet. Did not leave even a single bit of trash behind, couldn't even tell they had been here. The gutter helmet is by far the best system for keeping debris out of the gutter I have seen. Cheryl is very easy to work with and did everything she could to make it easy on us. She even cooperated with the roofing contractor in coordinating when the old (damaged) system was removed and the new one installed.

Cheryl Moore is very efficient and professional. Maintained contact via phone during process, including automated updated on prospective scheduling. Gave honest appraisal on need to replace guttering itself (not really needed, only minor cosmetic damage). Actual work was done cleanly and without damage to flowers/lawn. All new Gutter Helmets were installed and look great.

They were prompt, efficient, and easy to work with. I changed both the color and the amount of helmet after signing the contract, and they took care of this just fine. I have used them for three previous buildings over the years, and the new, improved gutter helmet is definitely the best. With my previous experience, I know that the helmet functions very well. I would definitely use them again.

Not a positive experience. I met the guy at our house for him to measure, because they said I needed to be there. I never heard back until I finally called them. They said they would give me an estimate, but that I needed to meet them again. They wouldn't give me the estimate unless I met them. That was the end of it.

Cheryl Moore is awesome to work with. She is friendly, kind and very professional. The work was completed in a reasonable time, even with the hail storm that came thru on Good Friday. The gentleman who installed the Helmets was prompt and very professional. When he installed the Helmets, he cleaned out the leaves, etc. in the gutters and put them in a trash bag for me to dispose of. I thought that was a great touch.

This is the most offensive company that we have ever tried to do business with. Their salesman was way too aggressive. Actually, insulting is a better choice of words. Very old fashioned "high pressure" sales pitch.

Very pleasant. I was taken back by the price of the gutter helmet. They did tell me that I didn't need to have my gutters replaced.
