Great. The battery was replaced, hard drive was reimaged and and new current software and virus checker installed.

Excellent. Greg quickly diagnosed goo which got underneath the keyboard and was made worse by heat of the fan. Replacement keyboard and labor only $50! This restored complete function.

I took my laptop to Greg. He honored the price he quoted me and beat the timeframe. He was very knowledgeable and personable.

I went to drop off my laptop thinking I need a major repair. Before I could leave he said let me check something first real quick. Ended up I did not need the repair, only a new power cable which he sold to me at a fair price and did not charge me for the diagnostics. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Got his name from a computer repair co. and gave him a call and he told me to bring my laptop over and he would be happy to take a look at it for me. I had tried to have this issue fixed at least 2 dozen times with other companies and none of them could fix it. Two hours after I dropped it off he called and told me it was ready. Not only did he fix my issue but he cleaned it, ran some diagnostics, removed a number of other problems. Please note that my initial problem had NOTHING to do with the way my system ran, it was more of a cosmetic problem. What he did was over and above.
