Excellent! Thoroughly cleaned 5 rooms & 2 hallways of carpet. Moved light furniture and placed on protection while carpet dried. Noticeable difference in the carpet.

My parents needed the carpets in their whole house cleaned. We searched and found Greenwood Carpet and Upholstery Care on Angie’s List, and selected them based on previous reviews. Joe did a fantastic job! My parents couldn’t be happier! Joe and his wife Terri were so detailed and conscientious in their cleaning. They were able to get a tea stain out in the middle of the living room carpet that we couldn’t get out otherwise. My parents will definitely call Joe and Terri again in the future! My husband and I are so pleased with my parent’s carpet that we are now going to call Joe to clean our carpets. Thank you Joe!

As always, Joe did a great job cleaning our carpets. This is the 3rd time, we've had our carpets cleaned by him and I recommend him to all my friends. He is punctual, thorough and does an all around great job. Joe works the old fashioned way; hard working, straight forward with no hassle. He does what he says he'll do! :) I highly recommend!!!

Joe Taylor cleaned my carpet beautifully! He is the most conscientious carpet cleaner I have ever hired. He came to my home in advance to look at my carpet and provide an estimate. He carefully asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted him to do. He showed up promptly, treated my home with respect, and worked hard. Most importantly, my carpet looks great! I give Joe my highest recommendation--and I will always call him for my carpet cleaning.

We just had our carpets cleaned by Greenwood Carpet & Upholstery and Joe was Awesome! We were so fortunate because his schedule was open for the time we needed :) My childrens' bedrooms have older carpeting and he made them come back to life. At one point Joe was on his hands and knees-- old fashioned hard worker who cares about the job being done correctly. The remaining carpeting suffered mostly from heavy traffic patterns. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. Joe Taylor definitely knows about giving quality service. He was polite and professional and extremely thorough on making sure every stubborn stain was removed to our satisfaction. He even removed some stains that two previous cleaner's couldn't. Joe was fantastic! He was prompt arriving for both the estimate and the actual service. The floors and couch look fantastic! Prior to having this service I thought we would have to replace the great room carpet but Joe made it look like new again.

We just needed a few spots touched up, as we are getting ready to sell our home. Joe went above and beyond and made sure the entire rooms looked great and not just the spots cleaned. Joe has been cleaning our carpets since 1995, several houses throughout the years. We have always been extremely happy with Joe's work!

Joe is top notch professional. He promptly came over to make sure we had the best care for our upholstery and gave us quote. Joe then returned on time for his appointment and did the job to perfection. Very reasonably priced and top notch service.

They spent three hours scrubbing and cleaning. After the carpet dried there were still some splotches and stains. Joe called back and said he would come back and check them. Two days later he was back and worked on the problem spots. After they dried the carpet looks great saving me all new carpet installation. There was no charge for the second visit. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with thoroughness. His honesty in telling us it would be best not to clean one sofa because of the fabric was appreciated. The other sofa done looks so much better! He was punctual, stuck by the price quote and left everything clean and in order.

Joe was on time and always very responsive to phone calls. He has been cleaning our carpets for years and we have always been pleased. He trimmed any pulled fibers on the couches and spent a considerable amount of time working on them - getting all areas of both couches. All surfaces were protected while he was working - whether it is surrounding furniture, electronics, tile or wood floors. Would highly recommend his services.

The provider was on top (actually a few minutes early). He was very concerned about taking care of the wood floors while cleaning the carpets. He was very concerned with making sure I knew there were already marks on the wall (that he did not make). He was also very concerned with making sure he cleaned up when he was all finished. We appreciated the fact that he laid down carpet pads on the wood floor to make sure he didn't scratch the floors with the cleaning equipment. He cleaned 3 bedrooms and a sun room. Furniture was not moved, as we only had him do the walk paths in each room. He was finished with entire job in about 2 hours.

I have used this company on two occasions to clean my carpets. I initially chose them because they were the most reasonable of the estimates that I had received for cleaning all of the carpets in a home I was moving into. I was very impressed with the initial service and called them back six month later when I needed some carpets cleaned again. They have been able to remove every carpet stain, including some that had been allowed to sit for several months. My carpets look almost brand new after their cleaning. They also give good advice on carpet care and maintenance. I will continue to use this company for all of my carpet needs in the future.
