Brian took his time to ensure the lawn application was applied properly with complete coverage to my entire yard, including the use of a Hand Sprayer to reach the more difficult areas. A far superior application then I ever experienced with the previous company Lawn Medic.

Brian came out and inspected the property. He advised me on what his company could do concerning the bush. After hearing what the price was I decided to go ahead and commit to the job. 24 hours later, he and one of his associates did the job. I appreciate how fast the turn around was!

I found out about these guys after noticing how nice the yard looked next to my wife's house. I talked to the owner and he said that the supplier was owned by his nephew or cousin (or something like that) and that he does yardcare for a living, so I decided to give them a shot. My yard in Fishers looked like a golf green but had really bad patches due to the draught. My wife's lawn in Trader's Point had a more natural look with 75% grass and 25% everything else. Results on both lawns was outstanding and weeds in my yard (that I struggled to control) went away with one treatment. My wife's yard looked bad at first (25-percent bald spots) but recovered nicely with overseeding in the Fall. We sold or will sell previous properties at the beginning of 2013 and once I get the yard in good mowed condition, I am going to have them come back and help me with my thistle and chickweed and stuff like that. By the time I go to Home Depot and buy granular, I end up spending $500 bucks anyway, and this way they do the labor, I get their professional advice, and professional herbicides and fertilizers.

I used them in the past for a couple treatments but I informed them that I did not want to use their service again. They left me a bill today for $80 for this treatment which I did not authorize. They also performed this service on a very windy day which is not good. They ended up killing 24 newly-planted tomato plants. They also performed the same unauthorized service at my neighbors home.

"We sent a letter in February to inform our customers that this is an on-going service year-to-year program and would continue your regular program unless you informed us to cancel it. We did not receive a phone call, email or letter stating you wanted to cancel. We only provided services for what your property has had in the past. We are sorry that you were not happy but we try to provide the best service to fit your program needs. As for the tomato plants they were planted next to a fence in the turf ( no bed or soil ) and they were 6" tall . When I finally noticed I wasn't sure If I had gotten to close or not. On top of that I was using an ester formulation for violets which most companies don't spray for but the lawn was full of them and I liked this customer and wanted to give him the lawn he wanted which is why he cancelled previous company and turned to me. I offered to buy new plants. In all my years of business I had never seen tomato plants planted directly into lawn. No bed, no soil surrounding plant. I just didn't notice them till I was 6' away. Normal herbicides probably wouldn't have hurt but tomato plants can be very sensitive to an ester formulation. I did offer to replace plants."

The price varies depenidng on what they do. They are reasonably priced and punctual. They do a nice job. I'll continue to use them.

My experience was excellent. The reason I like them is because their price is excellent, they were small, personable, easy to access, gave me excellent service and made it very personal. They're not like a big company.. it's a husband and wife team and they work well together. They communicated and serviced our needs comfortably by going out of their way to please us.

I had asked about slice seeding the yard. After they inspected the yard, they felt once the weeds were killed and grass fertilized I would not need seeding. Very pleasant to speak to on telephone and followup is good.

Bryan and his wife arrived with two slice-seeding machines on the appointed day. They slice seeded my lawn from north to south then from east to west, making sure all areas were covered with seed which had contact with dirt. They then used leaf blowers to 'smooth out' the grass and such that had accumulated in some areas due to its being dead or very dry. He pointed out a small area that was affected by grubs and offered to treat it for free for me. He then explained exactly what I should do to assure the seed germinated and survived in optimum conditions. I did everything he suggested (watering, mowing, etc.) and the seed has germinated and grown in a very lush manner, creating a good lawn to make it through the winter and thrive next spring.
