First, I reviewed how I wanted the bush length and look, which he and Juan adhered to throughout. They were very happy to please me as I took a complementary look several times before completion. The final result was exceptional quality, and they were so polite and professional. PS- Green Reflections owner Chad Goodyear's team also does similar work on my lawn cutting, leaf removal, and snow removal.

The crew listened carefully as I reviewed my instructions, and were very eager to please and friendly. The were very hard working, and here several hours in total. The cost invoiced later was quite reasonable. Cleanup was excellent! Thank you Green Reflections. I am so pleased with this and other services you provide for my home.
Description of Work: Trim extensive bushes and hedges around three sides of the house. Some shaping of bushes to eliminate pavement overhang. Cleanup and haul away trimmings.

Chad came by for payment and walked around the job and answered some additional questions. We were very impressed. Very good work.

 + -1 moreThey did okay; they did damage window wells and solar lights because their workers were using a weedwhacker in these places that damaged these items beyond repair. When I contacted the owner about the problem, he agreed that it was a problem and told me "If you get some new ones, I can come over there." I found this very unprofessional that he was only willing to come out if I replaced the damages myself. I don't think he is a bad guy by any means, but this poor experience was worth noting.

 + -1 moreSince this has been an unusually rainy spring our first day of having the crew here was cut short (July 2nd). The crew appeared at 8 AM on July 3rrd and work began again with pulling weeds, trimming and shaping the existing beds and getting ready for the mulch. The workers are always very courteous and they are meticulous with their clean-up each day. The owner, Chad Goodyear stopped in to check on the progress of the work the first 2 days and asked if we minded if they finished the mulching on the July 4th holiday which was fine with us. They do beautiful work!! We would highly recommend this company for annual trimming, clean-up and mulching of beds.
Description of Work: We contract for fall and early spring clean-up of the flower beds and then full spring service including trimming and weeding flower beds and mulching.

 + -1 moreI contacted Chad in the fall to request an estimate for snow removal for us and for two neighbors. He came out within a couple of hours and walked through the job details with me. He later returned - well before snowfall - to mark our lane and parking areas with flags to guide their plows when the time came. They have plowed twice this winter and have done an excellent job.

Also as someone else stated they don't mow if the grass doesn't look like it needs it, this is very uncommon as many companies would cut it just to charge. This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone that needs regular lawn care service

They actually drive by and if it hasn't rained they don't cut the grass which is really good because usually when you're on a weekly service they cut it regardless. They don't take advantage of the weekly services. I pay $35 a week and I have a pretty big yard and they blow the driveway and trim the flowerbeds. I have them clean the gutters for me for about $40 or $50.

 + -1 moreOverall, the experience has been great After the gutters were cleaned, I thought that his technicians knocked off a gutter piece, and Chad, the owner, came out to take a look. He informed me that the piece had already been knocked off, but he replaced it anyway. I'm happy with their services!

He advised me that he had several people in front of me and we were all going to be fighting the weather. Things worked out and they returned to do the job on December 12 2011. I cannot put into words how pleased we are with the job performed by Chad Goodyear, Mike Folsom and the crew from Green Reflections. Each of them were totally professional and polite. I would highly recommend Green Reflections

 + -1 moreAs noted above, I am 100% satisfied with Chad's work for me this Spring. Prompt, courteous, efficient and cost-effective. Thank you, Chad.
Description of Work: "Spring Clean-Up" and More. This was a monumental project this spring since my fall leaf removal company "no-showed," and I have LOTS of trees. Hence, there were LOTS of old, moldy, plastered down leaves to be removed from the beds around the house. Company president, Chad Goodyear and his crew spent three full days raking/blowing leaves, picking up a multitude of sticks, installing cypress mulch, mowing, pulling out old shrubbery and adding several yards of top soil to planting beds. His estimate was "right on." The work was done promptly and in the exact time frame I specified. I will be using Chad's company for my mowing needs this summer, and I will certainly have him back for leaf removal in the Fall. I could not recommend Chad and Green Reflections more highly. I hope he is able to score a "Super Service Award" from Angie's List very soon. He is well deserving of the honor.
