Carlos and GREEN REFLECTIONS did an Outstanding job! I was again so pleased with his high experience level and attention to detail. First, I reviewed how I wanted the bush length and look, which he and Juan adhered to throughout. They were very happy to please me as I took a complementary look several times before completion. The final result was exceptional quality, and they were so polite and professional. PS- Green Reflections owner Chad Goodyear's team also does similar work on my lawn cutting, leaf removal, and snow removal.

Excellent response to my inquiry for quote; Responded very quickly to let me know they would quote. They then visited the yard to assess what would be needed. Provided a very competitive quote and completed the work sooner than other companies quoted. The work was a bit above and beyond the original scope and no additional charge. Would highly recommend.

Green Reflections did a very professional job. The owner, Chad, had looked over the job earlier with me, and sent out a very experienced crew of two. The crew listened carefully as I reviewed my instructions, and were very eager to please and friendly. The were very hard working, and here several hours in total. Removal of leaves was good.

Chad came out and gave us a fair estimate. We discussed drainage issues as well and I ended up hiring them for that job as well. The crew came out and finished in a day. Chad came by for payment and walked around the job and answered some additional questions. We were very impressed. Very good work.

Excellent work, using snow blowers because of the concrete driveway pavers. I fully expect to continue using them in future years!

They did okay; they did damage window wells and solar lights because their workers were using a weedwhacker in these places that damaged these items beyond repair. When I contacted the owner about the problem, he agreed that it was a problem and told me "If you get some new ones, I can come over there." I found this very unprofessional that he was only willing to come out if I replaced the damages myself. I don't think he is a bad guy by any means, but this poor experience was worth noting.

Since this has been an unusually rainy spring our first day of having the crew here was cut short (July 2nd).  The crew appeared at 8 AM on July 3rrd and work began again with pulling weeds, trimming and shaping the existing beds and getting ready for the mulch.  The workers are always very courteous and they are meticulous with their clean-up each day.  The owner, Chad Goodyear stopped in to check on the progress of the work the first 2 days and asked if we minded if they finished the mulching on the July 4th holiday which was fine with us.  They do beautiful work!!  We would highly recommend this company for annual trimming, clean-up and mulching of beds.

I contacted Chad in the fall to request an estimate for snow removal for us and for two neighbors.  He came out within a couple of hours and walked through the job details with me.  He later returned - well before snowfall - to mark our lane and parking areas with flags to guide their plows when the time came.  They have plowed twice this winter and have done an excellent job.

They did a great job for a good price. I've used them twice and they were able to do the work same day or within 24 hours.

It was great. He was here within an hour (most people have already cleared their driveways) and was incredibly pleasant. He also cleared my drive and walks after one of the other big snows this year, Reliable and would definitely recommend!

Chad and his team are great, we have used them for 2 summers now and they do a great job on my lawn. Also as someone else stated they don't mow if the grass doesn't look like it needs it, this is very uncommon as many companies would cut it just to charge. This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone that needs regular lawn care service

I'm very pleased with them. They are excellent. They actually drive by and if it hasn't rained they don't cut the grass which is really good because usually when you're on a weekly service they cut it regardless. They don't take advantage of the weekly services. I pay $35 a week and I have a pretty big yard and they blow the driveway and trim the flowerbeds. I have them clean the gutters for me for about $40 or $50.

Chad's crew were great. Great attention to detail. Would recommend them to anyone.

They showed up right away. Everything is fair. The two guys did a good job. They were friendly and good guys. I gave instructions to one guy about what part of the lawn, he needs to work on.

Overall, the experience has been great After the gutters were cleaned, I thought that his technicians knocked off a gutter piece, and Chad, the owner, came out to take a look. He informed me that the piece had already been knocked off, but he replaced it anyway. I'm happy with their services!

I contacted Mr. Goodyear in mid November and he promptly came to our house to look at the job. He was on time.courteous and professional. He advised me that he had several people in front of me and we were all going to be fighting the weather. Things worked out and they returned to do the job on December 12 2011. I cannot put into words how pleased we are with the job performed by Chad Goodyear, Mike Folsom and the crew from Green Reflections. Each of them were totally professional and polite.
