Couldn't be happier and I recommended this company to my neighbor and she has already had the system installed. Still waiting for my referral check as I not received anything to date but wow what a wonderful company to do business with. Five star for sure.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a sprinkler system installed this past August. We were told that someone would mark the yard and then walk through everything with us before any work was started, that did not happen. I noticed that they had already begun digging and went outside to see what had been marked. It was noticed at that time that works we were quoted/agreed to were not included on the installers information and so he just was not going to do it. Also at that time, I spoke to Scott who told me that 2 green boxes would be placed behind our fence in the back of the yard and pointed to that direction. However, when the system was completed, only 1 green box was placed in the back of the yard behind the fence, the other was placed inside the fence, near the middle of the yard. The backflow system pipes were placed in an area that is nearly impossible to mow or weed eat around without hitting them, not to mention the location is very unappealing since we live on a corner. Scott never discussed with me where those were going to be placed, in fact, I did not even realize that there was going to be additional pipes, aside from the 2 green boxes that he mentioned. When my husband called the next day to address the green box placement and the pipes, Scott told him that he walked me over to each location and showed me where they would all be placed and I agreed. That is not true, in fact we even have video from our neighbors security cameras showing that when I initially spoke to Scott that day, we never left the spot where we stood. Scott told my husband that he could believe what he wanted to but he knew the truth. He did finally agree to move the backflow pipes to a different location, however, since August 14th we have left several messages, written emails, and sent several text messages to get that scheduled and have been unsuccessful. I will add that one text message was answered, but only to tell us that someone would be in touch, which again no one has. I realize there are not a lot of irrigation system installers out there, however, do not use Green Lawn Underground Sprinklers.

They installed our sprinkler system. There was a leak. I called for a week and do not answer. After I wrote that reviews for them they called me. They were very rude. They repaired the leak. They did not help with anything. They gave me the wrong serial number for the controller. They did not help with it. It seems that they charge you for Carmel irrigation permit and they don t do it. I requested a copy of the permit and did not get it yet. It seems that they re-applying for it now. Before the technician left yesterday he was very angry at me because I am not going to remove the review and he said that I will never get any more service. He was extremely rude. I got worried he s gonna attack me at one point.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company installed our system 4 years ago. Since then, we have had nothing but problems with Customer Service and the quality of work. They NEVER call back. They want you to text them, and then they take weeks to respond back. We wanted to install additional sprinkler heads and line routes, so we paid an additional annual fee for discounted labor and free parts. Even after a year of calling and texting, they still did not come out to do the work. They did come out twice to look at the yard (knowing what we wanted before coming out) and never knew what to do and never had the parts. Both times saying they had to talk to someone else. We never received a call back. When I threatened to give a bad review, they finally texted back and asked for a good time to come out. I gave the 2 days that were not good and the only option for them to come was on one of those days. Never received another call. This was just installing a simple extra line and moving a sprinkler head. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service.

I am very pleased with our sprinkler system. Green Lawn provides ongoing maintenance and winterization at reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Troy got us on his busy calendar quickly, and then brought his team before 8am the day of the installation to get everything started. About 6 hours later, we had a professionally installed Hunter system in the ground, up and running! Thank you!

Excellent contractor, timely and professional

The professionals does good work, his works like no others professionals. When he made the installations, you could barely tell they did any work. When the professionals was done, they left my yard clean/well restored. These professionals are definitely knowledgeable.
