Brad was excellent to work with, extremely professional and thorough. He was instrumental in helping me pick between a few options, and I loved what we went with. Installation was smooth and easy and I LOVE my shades. We get compliments on them all the time. I would not hesitate to work with Brad again. If I were to buy another house and needed vendors, he would be one of the first calls I would make.

Brad was wonderful to work with. The blinds arrived well before the expected date but install was delayed because I was sick. Brad was very accommodating to my needs and was able to put me on the schedule for the following week.

Brad made this whole process very easy. I ordered 4 blinds--all different. I love the fact I didn't have to go somewhere, pick out samples and bring them back. Brad comes to you. Installers were good and even friendly. No mistakes.

Stellar service! The entire process of choosing and ordering window shades for our home was made easy by Brad at Gotcha Covered. We ordered shades for ten rooms and they included light filtering, blackout and manual and powered. The price point was excellent and the installation was professional. They were very responsive and professional to the first contact, and got out to the house within 3 days to install temporary blinds. The order came in quicker than expected less than 4 weeks. The only negative was that they mis measured one window, so the blinds had to be reordered for that one window. But, they look fantastic!

The overall experience working with Gotcha Covered was great. From the first steps of reviewing product options for the space, ordering, and then installation was all easy and simple to complete. Brad is a quintessential professional while being personable and easy to talk to. He helped us through the decision process with much knowledge and good number of samples. The product that arrived had a few minor flaws which I would not have noticed for a long time--if ever. But Brad was not satisfied and ordered a replacement, which took a while. He did not charge us until the final perfect product was installed. We really appreciated his high standard and integrity. We highly recommend him and his services. We are very pleased with the result.
