Good Shepherd Fence

I am so torn on this company. The sales process was smooth and prices were on par with everyone else. The set the expectation initially was that it would be about a 2 month wait to get the fence. I understood. Their process of scheduling and overall communication was TERRIBLE. I had paid a $2000 downpayment and didn't get any communication when that two month time frame came and went. I would have to reach out to them to give me schedule updates and emails would go unanswered. So I'd have to call for updates. Then that time frame would come and pass with again no communication. I gave them a lot of feedback on why this lack of communication felt very shady. It sounds like they just had a lot of delays due to covid, weather and staffing, and I totally get that. Pushing the time out didn't bother me, it was just the lack of follow up that completely irked me. They need a better system of updating customers on schedule changes. After a total of 4 months, the fence was finally installed. The crew did it in two days and worked hard, even in bitter cold temps. The actual install was wonderful and the fence is beautiful. No complaints there. Just hope they can organize themselves better for future customers having a better experience.

They were able to install the fence earlier than planned. They installed it within a day. I was out of town at the time and the foreman kept me in the loop with phone call updates and completed photos. Based on material availability, I received two slightly larger gates free of charge. I was very happy with the end result.

They did an amazing job with how fast the fence went up! They were very tidy along the way and made sure to let us know how it was going every step of the way. Chad was amazing in helping us figure out exactly what we needed and was very friendly. Would for sure recommend this company to anyone who needs a fence and I already have!

If you want a crew that cares as much about the finished product as you do, contact these guys! Chad and his team did an absolute great job. The attention to detail and craftsmanship went above and beyond. I can't imagine why I would ever contact another crew. Their whole team did a stellar job. My property presented a multitude of different challenges but they handled each accordingly and professionally.

Chad was great to work with. He was very pleasant and gave us the lowest bid of all. The installers were outstanding. They showed up on the day expected and finished the job early. The quality of the fence and the workmanship were outstanding! If you need a new fence, look no further.

Wonderful experience with Good Shepherd Fence Company. The owner, Chad, was terrific to work with. All of his employees did a great job and his office lady was very helpful too. The timeline and quality fence installation/product is much appreciated as we have young grandchildren we wanted to keep safely contained in our yard and our new quality fence delivers that. Chad came to the house gave me a very reasonable quote on our fence. His quote was the cheapest. The quality of the work was excellent. Dan and Joe placed the post; excellent job and Chad , David and Mat finished the job. Wow the fence is nice quality. Couldn’t be happier. Yes, I would use them again and plan to in the fall. I highly recommend this company you won’t be disappointed.

If you want it done right, professional and top quality, call Chad. They had challenges to work around buried electric and cable lines and lots of mud but it didn't phase them at all. Fencing looks amazing. Their prices are so reasonable for the quality of product and workmanship. I highly recommend!

From start to finish the process was incredibly smooth, Chad came out promptly to assess the area and quote me a price. Although I was initially apprehensive, the price was well worth the quality and professionalism of the fence installation. Good Shepherd did an amazing job repairing the fencing at our rental. The part of the fence that faced the alley had rotted and fallen which our house vulnerable. Good Shepherd quickly went over and fixed the fence and while there asked our approval to fix the gate to the backyard since it was brittle. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend

Chad came to my home and helped me scope the project in terms of layout and dimensions. He was very helpful in helping me select the right product for my needs. I recently adopted a rescue dog and I wanted a fence in the back yard for the dog to have his own space. Chad took this into inconsideration as we scoped the job and specifically the needed height. The project was completed and it looks fabulous! The fence is square, level, and true.

Despite a lack of communication when the project started, they did high quality work. We are pleased with the gate that was built and the chainlink fence/gate.

Good Shepherd Fence was a fantastic company. They were easy to work with and always kept me up-to-date on progress. In addition, they came in lower than other fencing companies I contacted. But what made this company stand out is that this contractor was the only one who got creative with how the fence could be placed to maximize my yard. I really appreciated that they took the time to think it through and discuss the options with me unlike other contractors who just measured and left. I love the way the fence turned out. Highly recommend.

Good Shepard Fence was spectacular. The workmanship of my fence is beautiful and they were by far the cheapest quote that I received. After being set back a few days by the rain, they were even out setting my posts while it snowed! I promise, you need to look no further. Get your quote and schedule your job. You won’t regret it :)

The price was very competitive, the builders extremely fast and high quality, and they fixed some issues with another gate of ours that they happened to notice, and didn't charge for it. And they managed to squeeze us in right before winter. Very satisfied!

Contacted Chad at Good Shepherd and he was so knowledgeable and gave us s lot of good tips prior to putting in our new aluminum fence. Fence posts align perfectly and fence looks great! Highly recommend Good Shepherd!
