It was excellent.

The work was fine, but all of the "Drama" of the front desk was not good, different people answering the phone and my appointment was not put in the computer. Adolescent drama from the owner's son...

They finished the job before the car was promised. It looked great and it was our least expensive quote.

New spark plugs did not fix the problem.

There was an issue with squeaky brakes, Had to make an appointment 2 weeks out to take it in for the free fix.

They gave me a quote over the phone based on my type of car, which most places wouldn't do. It was helpful. They got the work done efficiently.

The service was most excellent. I was able to do everything over the phone with Fred. My car is running better than ever. I will definitely be a lifelong client. Thanks for the speedy service!

As always Fred and his crew made sure all was done well and on time. He ordered the necessary part and completed the job, which was labor intensive, on time and to our satisfaction. It's always a pleasure dealing with Glendale Auto.

I cannot believe how honest and straightforward these guys are! I would never take a car or truck anywhere else for service. They diagnosed the problem quickly knew exactly what what causing the problem. It was a minor problem and they only charged me for the evaluation.

We've been going there for years too because they're so good. It took one day for the service to be completed. The workers are all good, all perfect.

It went great.  They could have just sold me a new battery, but they had me check if my current battery had a warranty which saved me money.

This is the third time in the past two years that Glendale Automotive has serviced my 2005 Acura MDX. Fred Kuhn and his team has always provided excellent service in a timely/ prompt and professional manner. On this occasion the vehicle required new brakes, rotors, shocks, and struts. Additionally, the heater was not working properly (blowing cool air). I called Fred to schedule an appointment and was booked to bring the vehicle in the next day. All work was completed on time, the cost was fair and the work as usual was excellent. I highly recommend Glendale Automotive. Additionally, Angie's List members receive a 10% discount off labor.

Problem solved for now.  No vibration or rattle.  And oh, he said since I have been a good regular customer with him, no charge for this visit.  

I found these guys on Angie's List. Fred was very knowledgeable and kept to the timeline he described in our first conversation. Everything is working great. I would definitely use them again.
