Great. On time, work completed within the timeframe given, and everyone I had contact with was courteous and respectful. There was a minor problem that I returned to have corrected, and it turned out to be somewhat challenging to diagnosis, but they found the source of the problem and resolved it.

Glass Doctor did a great job - there were some hiccups with getting the right part, but that wasn't their issue. Once the right part was in, they replaced quickly and professionally.

Repair looks good. As with any chip repair, it isn't flawless but is nearly unnoticeable.

The crew promptly came out and measured the window and ordered a replacement. It took about ten days to get the custom windows delivered to Glass Doctors, I was advised the window had arrived and the same representative came out and installed the window in a couple of days. The window was a perfect replacement and it looks great. I was surprised that the window would cost me close to $500 but it was a big pane of double insulated glass.

Excellent! Glass Doctor had a 24/7 call service to schedule appointments. I was able to call them to get something on the schedule before the police officer arrived to write an incident report. The price they quoted me if I were to pay out of pocket ($160 for the tech to come to me and perform the work at my house or workplace) seemed reasonable. I was lucky enough to have a zero dollar deductible, so I didn't actually need to pay the out of pocket price. Karen, the office manager, helped work with me and actually ended up getting me taken care of earlier and easier than we had planned originally. The technician who came out, Micah, was one of the nicest service professionals I have worked with. He called me at around the time I was expecting him, and gave me a very accurate estimated time he'd arrive. He was very polite and helpful, and maintained a positive attitude the whole time he worked on my car. Due to some finicky parts of my car's door assembly, the job ended up taking a fair bit longer than he had expected - but he was outside working hard the whole time, and I got to sit inside and work from home, enjoying the air conditioning and sipping a cup of coffee. Micah made sure I fully understood the work he did, readily pointed out where there was a tiny bit of glass stuck in the door he couldn't remove, and offered me a very genuine thank you for choosing to take my business to him. I didn't get any kind of a schmoozy, fake "sales" demeanor, just straight talk and a genuinely happy and friendly person. Without a doubt, I'll call Glass Doctor next time I need any windows replaced. I'd highly recommend that you do the same.

Brooks came out the same day I called to give me a quote on the repair. I paid a 50% deposit and was told it would take 5-10 business days for the glass to be manufactured. They called me a few days later to schedule the replacement. Brooks was the one to replace the window pane as well, it took about an hour, he was very polite and professional. He even disposed of some excess plastic wrap I'd left in the room to close up the window without me asking him to. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience was great. The tech that worked on the car did a walk around with me and was very thorough in the process. The scheduling was great as they fit me in two hours early and finished 30 min ahead of time. I'll be using them and recommending them to everyone.

Glass Doctor installed a new windshield on my Honda Odyssey.  The old one had been partly shattered after a tree branch fell on it during a January ice storm.  My experience was great.  They were able to schedule me for the next day, took exactly the amount of time they said it would to repair (2 hours), and the new windshield looks great. They cleaned up the broken glass inside the car and left everything in perfect condition.  The price of $232 was very, very reasonable.

I can't remember the exact amount I spent. They were professional, they got it done right then when I got there, and did a great job. I had been hit by a rock and my windshield cracked. The new windshield they gave me has been hit several times by rocks and hasn't broken. I think that maybe they use some other glass that is better? There is seriously a distinct sound that pings instead 

Excellent.  I called on Mon and the technician came to our house and replaced the windshield on Tues.  Fast, efficient, courteous and neat.  No mess or fuss.  Highly recommend their service.  I called a few places and Glass Doctor had the lowest price.  Hope we don't need them, but if we do, we'll call them without checking with anyone else.

The technician, Victor, was not only punctual but came actually 10 minutes early, which was awesome.  He was very pleasant and courteous and got the job done within 20 minutes.  Before he started, he warned me that the crack might still be visible after the repair but that the windshield would be intact. I appreciated the clarification upfront so that there would be no confusion later on.  I obtained quotes from 2 other companies - not only did Doctor Glass have the lowest price, but they got me in the quickest, most convenient appointment.  Only time will be the test as to the work quality, but as of now, I highly recommend using them and I would return the next time I need a windshield repair/replacement.

Went very well. Victor was prompt in arriving to the house to replace the windshield. He only took about 1 hour. He was very organized and cleaned up after he was done. The coupon from Angie's List applied. IT was a very professional job and it looks great. Would definitely recommend this company.
