After living in our house for a year, we looked into replacing the furnace that had been there since 1981. We moved into our home in Feb 2008. We took careful precautions of looking at our electric bills and how much we were spending for our 1000 sq ft home. We were referred to General Supply by family members and the owner Tom Todd came out to our home and walked us through the HVAC design of our home. Tom uncovered that our house should run on a Electric Heat Pump and not the Air Conditioner that was currently in place (something the home inspector and realtor both failed to mention to us). Tom was pleasant and very professional, he presented us with a quote and all the correct rebate information that we qualified for, for simply replacing our old units. Tom and his crew were out in a few days and they did an amazing job setting up the new Heat Pump and Furnace. They also cleaned up and hauled away our old units, which was unexpected and we weren't charged any addtional fees. Little did I know, but General Supply also provides services beyond just HVAC products. We will be using their services in the future for further replacements and upgrades to our home.
