"No work, or job was ever completed for this customer, customer contracted with our company and was told he would have his services starting on mid of the following week, customer requested sooner services on the first visit, so we told him we could most likely get out for the 1st service around 12:00 noon on Saturday, we did make it out to his property on Saturday however it was not until around 7:10 pm, at this time "Matthew B. Galyan" C.O.O started his early requested services, but was unable to complete given the time, Matthew explained to the customer in person that he would return on Monday to finish the trimming of the lawn, he would have done it on Sunday he said but it was Easter Sunday. Customer agreed to this and after asking them how everything she "customer" said looks great. We get a text message from the customer on Sunday saying he would like a refund for the deposit he gave to our company locking in his 1 year agreement. We kindly explained the meaning of the work "contract" customer told us he would leave very bad reviews online unless he got his refund. We explained it is in our terms of services that no deposit refunds are to be given without just reason, we feel the customer did not have any good reason for this request and he told us he found a different company. We have been providing customers with our services for years and Matt has never received a single personal complaint. We did take before and after photos of the "bad service" so if anyone would like to see this "bad work" we are more then happy to share so you may make your own judgement."
I have a schedule with Galyan Lawncare of a cut and trim bi weekly. They come out without being called and my lawn is cut before I get home! It's awesome :) I have a weekly payment withdrawal from my credit union that goes into my Galyan account that I use to pay for treatments, aerating, mowing, trimming, etc. Can't get much easier!!! The employees and ownership are very personable and professional. I am using Galyan's Lawncare a third straight year for services of grass cutting, treatments, fertilizing, etc. If you are looking for a lawn service that provides so much more, you need to check out Galyan's.
