Freedom Senior Services Of Indianapolis

When an elderly client and friend needed 24-hour, in-home care, we were referred to Freedom Senior Services.  We were relieved to learn that Freedom could provide round-the-clock coverage, which not all care providers offer.

From the initial meeting with Angela Rogers, Marketing Director and Care Advisor, who patiently answered our numerous questions and provided us with much-needed information, we  knew we had made the right choice.  She has maintained close contact over the past months and her genuine concern and personal attention has been exceptional.

The personal care attendants monitor our client?s health condition, assist with medications and ensure her nutritional needs are met.  They also accompany her to medical appointments and do her shopping.  We have been consistently pleased, not only with the quality of physical care provided, but the respect and compassion these dedicated individuals exhibit toward those in their care. 

Our expectations have not only been met, but exceeded.  

The two women they sent out are great workers. They are very good. I haven't had any issues.

We hired Freedom Senior Services in April, 2011, not long after they began providing services. They originally assisted my mother at Crestwood East with her eye drops before and after cataract surgery. Fortunately, they billed Crestwood East clients in increments of an hour. We continued with Freedom to assist mother with her medications which she was taking incorrectly and with occasional bathing. Mother is sometimes difficult and presented some challenges which they handled well.
It was a tremendous relief knowing that someone was checking on her and visiting with her seven days a week. Mother enjoyed her caretakers and the friendship they offered. The supervisor even stopped by periodically to visit her, simply as a bonus. The supervisor and her primary caretaker even attended Mother's birthday party.
Freedom Senior Services honored my every request. They logged in each day since Mother couldn't remember if they came. They picked up her prescriptions when we were out of town, and sometimes they join her on walks. When they had observations about her healthy, safety, or well being they called to make sure I was aware of the situation. The staff always responded to my emails and calls.
I would continue to use Freedom if Mother were still living independently, but she recently moved to assisted living. They were consistent, dependable, observant, and reliable. Our family is very grateful to Jennifer, Lisa, Cathy, and the staff for all the help they provided to mother and to us.
