 + 0 moreWe worked with Deb Clark (direct # 317-506-7229). She listened to what we wanted in terms of a mortgage, helped us understand what exactly we needed to do. She gave us a list of required documents. She was nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She communicated with us on a regular basis on the status of the loan. She worked around our schedule for closing. The title company they used was efficient, punctual and only took 30 min to sign papers. Deb was there every step of the way with options and suggestions for us. What I liked best was that she would contact us with up dates, we didn't have to track her down. Our loan process from start to finish was 45 days. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a mortgage.
Description of Work: This provider assisted us in obtaining a jumbo loan on a custom home.
