Really, outside of dropping off the prints and discussing how we were mounting/framing, this was a straightforward process. But the last print came in trimmed incorrectly, and she knew we were entertaining the next night, and had wanted it ready for that, so she had it custom-framed overnight (and at no charge).

Stevie was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She did not push me to hurry or to pick something I did not like. Although the cost was high, as framing usually is, it could have been a lot worse. She gave me a 20% discount as a first time customer. The only thing I was not happy with was the glass was not the non-reflective type that I just assumed I would get. I guess I should have asked.

They did a simple framing job on a poster with no matting or other extras. The work was fine but cost double what it would cost elsewhere.

I have no eye for color and style, so I find Stevie invaluable for her one-on-one assistance in picking out mats and frames. Most recently, she framed some etchings I purchased at auction and made them stand out fabulously. I love every piece she's put her hands on; I've probably had her frame 15 or more of our paintings and other pieces of art, as well as pieces done by our preschooler (she's not just a high-end framer). Stevie will direct you in the price range you want. Look for the store framing sales (twice a year or so) for a better deal, but she's always a gem to work with. She'll let you know ahead of time if she's backed up, and will work with you if you need something in a hurry, but I'm never in a hurry, so it's not been a problem for me.
