"THE MEMBER WAS A FEW TIMES A YEAR CLIENT. WE TRIED TO SET UP FOR ONCE A MONTH, BUT IT WAS VERY HARD TO SET A DATE AT THE SAME TIME EACH MONTH. MY FAULT SOMETIMES, BUT ALSO HERS AT OTHER TIMES."
