I have been using FORUM Credit Union for 12-15 years. They do a great job. I have also use them for notarizing documents. There is no charge for me there since I am a member. The lady who last did my notary was very friendly and I had a pleasant time talking with her. The website is easy to use, I can access all my accounts online, their bill pay service is excellent, I can set up all my bill pays online with ease, and the lobbies of all the branches are bright and inviting. All the people I have dealt with are knowledgeable and pleasant. The managers and assistant mangers have been very helpful when I have had an issue or question to be answered. I also have a safe deposit box with them.
