Before going with For a Good Home and Loan, I had been previously looking at houses through another realator. The agent wasn't readily available to show me houses, because I wasn't looking to spend very much. Plus the houses they were showing seemed like they required too much work for me. However, when I saw a house I liked, with For a Good Home and Loan driving around, I called Richard. He made time for me the very same day, which happened to be a Sunday. He lives in the Irvington area and was more familiar with the area. Richard was accessible from day one. I called him every other day to check up on the house. He answered all my questions as a first time home buyer and sold me on the wonderful location. I am happy about my purchase, and I felt that he really listened to what I wanted. Furthermore, as a first time homebuyer, I needed help setting up services for my house. Answered all my questions. Great company! I would strongly recommend them.
