FLOWERS WITH GIFTED ELEGANCE

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister-in-law who was having surgery. The flowers were to be delivered the day of her surgery. I got a phone call that there was an issue with the delivery person, and the flowers would not be delivered until the next day. They apologized and said they would make the arrangement bigger to make up for the inconvenience. However, the flowers were never delivered. I called to tell them. They again apologized. They said they would deliver them the NEXT day. The flowers were never delivered. My account was charged though. I have since called them about a dozen times. The only way you can speak with a real live breathing person is if you are ordering flowers, which I don't want to do. They continue to redirect me to customer service, or I can select option 9 for management which is also an answering machine. I have left a dozen messages telling them all I want is my money back. No one calls me back. It has been a month, and I have no flowers or $.
