The workers showed up promptly. They tore out the tile and installed the laminate per the work order. When they went to leave, I noticed they hadn't installed the toilet or new baseboards. When I questioned them about it, they were very gruff and said they knew nothing about it (despite it being on the invoice). I called the salesperson, who called me back promptly and said the new toilet needed to be out of the box/assembled before they'd install it (that wasn't communicated to me), and that the baseboards weren't put on the truck. She adjusted my invoice so I didn't pay for those items. One of the workers cut himself and left blood splatters all over one wall and the baseboards in the hallway. They were also messy and got caulk on my carpeting. The salesperson didn't apologize for any of that, and a letter to the company's president got no reply. They have really low prices, but only worth it if you're willing to deal with gruff installers, a mess and a potential biohazard.
