The subcontractors used were either inexperienced, incompetent or both. The job took way too much time to complete due to inability to provide installers and materials on time. When problems arose with the wood flooring, the owner has not responded to these issues. I will need to find another solution to the squeaky wooden floors.

He was professional and meticulously in his work. The original charge was $300 however because I did not have enough of the original floor tiles and asked him to install 2 tiles in laundry room that were slightly different. He returned $50, I 'm not use to service providers being considerate of not over charging.

They removed some gray tile from an entry hall. Cleaned it all, cleaned the floor. Replaced and re-grouted the tile and sealed the grout.

Barry did a great job. He did have to remove some of the concrete and re-level the floor before installing the tile. He is a perfectionist and the quality of his work is great. The floor is beautiful. The grout lines are perfectly even and straight. I was very worried about having someone working in my home as I had suffered a home burglary a year earlier. Barry was very professional. He laid down drop cloths to walk on, he took care in removing the toilet stools for installation of the tile. He would spend time drawing the location of the tile and laying it out before beginning to mortar it down. I have seen bad tile installation and I would have to say that Barry is an artist in what he does. The little floor irregularities were repaired and the tile looks perfect.
