 + -1 moreMatt came out on a Friday night to look over the house and items on inspector's list. He emailed a detailed list of the repairs and his price for each repair. He arrived at the home for repairs on time and was able to take care of all needed repairs in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Matt took care of all the items on our home's inspection list: determined source of leak in crawl space and solved problem; treated and encapsulated mold at source of leak, replaced broken water shut off, installed anti-tip bracket for stove, repaired heat duct in crawl, adjusted main drain from home so it sloped properly, cut gap for furnace flue to meet code, repaired front hose bib, repaired and sealed crack in chimney cap, replaced broken gutter hangers, repaired crack in door casing
