THE PROJECT RAN INTO SIGNIFICANT DELAYS BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS FOUND AFTER THE WORK BEGAN. HE WAS GOING TO HONOR HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, BUT I WANTED TO PAY HIM A FAIR AMOUNT FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. EXTREMELY PLEASANT INDIVIDUAL, WILLING TO DO SMALL EXTERIOR JOBS
