Fisher's Landscape & Irrigation

They came out twice last year, twice this year, and my irrigation system is still not fixed.  Now they are charging me more, telling me I need a new head that costs $120.  When I initially had work done on the system, I spoke with the boss who told me to give it some time to dry out and then see if there was still a leak in the system.  However, it was evident the issue was still with the sprinkler head.  I would consider using them if they were able to resolve the issue without charging me again.

Owner of company came out, took detailed notes, and then never contacted me again (in regards to landscaping estimate). The work itself would probably have been worth in excess of $5k.
Regarding sprinkler repair, I haven't been able to get anyone to call me back to schedule a visit - going on two weeks now. This is for a line that is leaking, which I consider to be a fairly serious issue.

All work was done in a professional manor. Appointment occurred on schedule and workers cleaned up after finishing their work.

I pay a one time fee once a year. They do a fine job. They come out and do what they need to do. We've used them for about 4 years. They seem to be reasonably priced and pretty responsive.

I used them this spring and summer. One time they were coming to rectify and fix the problem that they fixed this last time. They were scheduled to come and they didn't come and didn't call me so I had stayed home all day waiting on them. I am not entirely thrilled with them because they should have called. It was raining and difficult to get out but they sent somebody out who really didn't communicate. He did what he was supposed to do but he didn't talk to me. Had he tested the system before he left, he would have realized that I did have two broken sprinkler heads so the last trip was kind of like an extra trip. I think their prices are probably pretty average. I am not sure if I would use them again.

This was one of three companies I called to install a lawn irrigation system. Fishers Landscape and Irrigation provided the low bid and installed the system as proposed. They performed well and in the promised time frame. The job was completed and in such an excellent manner, I have not had to request any adjustments since the installation. This company did a very good job and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Their pricing is very reasonable. I would use them again in the future.
