Concrete Repair
Luke did the project very quickly and did a very professional job. The decorative overlay was exactly what was presented and looks great! I would use them again and would consider them for any concrete project.

I would not recommend him. The cement work was horrible. He charged me an additional $3000.00 to fix a mistake that he had made. They were not very considerate of my lawn. I would not use them in the future. The quality of their work was very bad.

"customer was hard to work with. fixed the cracks and the extra charge was due to the extra work wanted after estimate. did every thing in my power to make customer happy and it seemed like a endless cause... worst customer ever did a job for!!!"

He made my parents partially pay him before they started working. This was supposed to be a gift for their wedding anniversary that I paying for and I was not able to be there when they started to pay him. They came very early in the morning and started pouring the concrete.

WE COULD NOT GET THEM BACK TO REPAIR MINOR DAMAGE. THE OWNER STATED THEY WOULD REPAIR THE DAMAGES. THEY DID NOT COVER SHRUBS AND WINDOWS AS THEY SHOULD HAVE.

SO MANY PROBLEMS! THE WALKWAY IS UNEVEN. THE PORCH IS NOT LEVEL. THE SEALANT BUBBLED A DAY AFTER THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED--EVERYWHERE THE SUN HIT THERE ARE LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF BUBBLES. LUKE PROMISED HE'D FIX IT. THIS WAS DONE IN AUGUST 2002. LUKE SAID IT NEEDED TO SIT OVER THE WINTER AND THEN HE'D BE BACK. AFTER REPEATED CALLS IN THE SPRING OF 2003 HE SENT HIS WORKERS (DIDN'T FEEL THIS MESS WAS WORTH HIS TIME, EVIDENTLY). THEY HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO RECOAT AND FIX THE PROBLEM AND JUST KEEP MAKING IT WORSE. HIS WORKERS OFTEN DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS WHEN THEY WERE HERE. AFTER INSISTING LUKE COME AND FIX THIS HE SHOWED UP BUT HE COULDN'T FIX IT EITHER. IT LOOKS TERRIBLE. OF COUSE HE WOULDN'T REFUND ANY OF MY MONEY SO I COULD USE IT TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WHO KNEW WHAT TO DO. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE FOR US. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THINGS TO BE DONE RIGHT AND DON'T WANT MAJOR HASSLES.

"the patio's seal was faulty and every time i tried to fix it, it got worse. other people i have talked to that have used that product have had the same problems and sense then i have gotten different material. other then that the job was dead level everything was on the money"

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK DONE WAS AVERAGE. THE RESURFACING AND NEW CONCRETE ARE A STARK IMPROVEMENT. YET ATTENTION TO DETAIL, CLEAN-UP AND FOLLOW-UP WERE UNSATISFACTORY. ON THE LAST DAY OF THE JOB THE OWNER POINTED OUT A 1.5' DIAMETER NOTICEABLE CHUCK IN THE CONCRETE CAUSED WHEN ONE OF HIS MEN WAS REMOVING THE FORMS AROUND THE DECK. UPON HANDING OVER THE CHECK TO PAY THE BALANCE HE GUARANTEED HE WOULD BE BACK WITH COLOR MATCHED CONCRETE TO FIX IT. TWO WEEKS LATER I'M AM SURE I WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN. I SHOPPED FOR THE ABSOLUTE LOWEST PRICE... I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR...

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE OUTSIDE WATER FAUCET BEING LEFT ON OVER NIGHT FROM THEIR TOOL CLEANUP. OTHERWISE THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB.
