Mortgage Companies
The process started out with Cathy forwarding to us all the documentation that needed to be completed for processing a new mortgage. She provided insights and guidance to ensure our questions were answered and that all forms were completed correctly. On completing the forms her turn around time was immediate, meeting with us the same day that we turned in our application. In this meeting the process we would go through was thoroughly explained to us and all questions we had were answered. Cathy kept us informed during the process and there were no surprises. Closing went smoothly with Cathy answering our questions as we completed all the forms to close on our new (much lower interest rate) mortgage. The entire process took less than three weeks! Would definitely use First Indianapolis Mortgage and Cathy's services again.
