I believe in the honesty and quality of their work. This is what keeps me coming back. They are punctual and punctuality is very important.

I would use them again. My confidence in their repair work and their knowledge base makes me give them an "A". I feel comfortable in the information that they provide.

I have always felt the same for them every time. I don't really see anything that they need to approve upon.

I'd give them an "A" overall. I would use them again. I feel like they unlike other companies, I feel like they are honest in their appraisal.

I go here about once a year. I'd go here again. The workers are very professional and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with what they tell me, they give honest assessments. They stay on time.

I always use them. I think their prices are a little high. It's a pleasant experience, they are very friendly and professional. I don't enjoy going there but I'm comfortable in their environment.

They are a national company, I like it, that way if we have any problems somewhere else, they can look us up and see our warranties. We also get alignments and tire rotation. We have bought batteries and that is covered.

It was good.

Truck is running like a dream! There was no attempt to upsell any other services.

They're very okay. If I have to rate the service from 0-10, it would be a 5. The best is they get it done on time. The one that annoyed me last time was they rotated my tires and then my tires were still low on air. It seemed like they didn't actually complete the job.

They could have better pricing. They always a little too expensive for me. They were pretty good about diagnostics and repair. I think the price is comparable to other places.

Everything went great. I work downtown so I drove there on my lunch break. They were busy, but I was able to get my oil changed and have my car ready by the end of my work day. My oil changed was way over due so it was nice to go somewhere close to work to get it done. The man who helped me was very friendly and it was an easy process giving my information/getting signed in, as this was the first time I has been there. I will likely be back next time I need my oil changed!

They said it needed a battery,  they charged for testing the battery?  Charged for cleaning the post around the battery, replaced the battery and it still would not start.   They wanted to charged for an engine diagnostic. ($80.00)  still wouldn't start. still charged me,  THEN.....they noticed that there was a coolant leak near the spark plugs and wires, and now needed to replace these, (at over $400.00)  I stopped there because they said they would then need to charge for a coolant diagnostic check once they got the car running.....  I had the car towed to Ralphs muffler and Auto on 16th street.  (got from Angies List.)  
They did not charge for diagnostics.  They could see when they got it that  there was a crack in the coolant pipe.  They did have to replace the plugs and wires, and drain the oil and coolant as well.    I wished I had started with Ralphs.  I have been a member of Angies list fo over a year and have not needed there services until now.  Well worth it!  still not sure I needed a Battery.
I would not take my car to Firestone because it appears to me they want to charge for absolutely everything.  I just don't understand how they can get loyal regular customers when they operate this way.

The initial visit was extremely pleasant: chit chat and easy check-in. However I was told that if I didn't buy two new tires I would be "breaking the law and would be ticketed". There is not a state tread requirement in Indiana. Secondly I was told I would not make it to my vacation destination on the tires either. I do not believe I would have been treated this way if I was a man and I also do not appreciate scare tactics as a sales technic. Even when I turned down new tires more than once - I was advised not to take my car on vacation because I wont make it. Neither of my tires are beyond the minimum tread recommended. Yes, I will need new tires eventually; and Firestone will not get my business.

We use this Firestone location on a regular basis and always have very good luck. Granted, they alleys try to upswell us on something, but they do a much less annoying job (and less aggressive) of trying than most other local repair shops!

Very professional, very courteous, and great to deal with.

We will continue to use them!

This store is ALWAYS upselling. Go in for an oil change and they want to rebuild your entire car at premium prices.
They may just be recommending items per manufacturer suggested service intervals, but it's hard to tell. Every oil change comes with recommendations for motor mounts, new timing belt, transmission service, etc. etc. All BIG $ items.
Just not a good feeling from this place, and I'm not the only one who feels this way.
