Erin Martin Scott at F.C. Tucker was fantastic to work with! She helped us find the home we wanted in the perfect neighborhood for us! Erin did all of this while dealing with some major challenges. In addition to Covid restrictions, we were living in North Carolina while looking for homes in Carmel. Erin was professional and extremely flexible in accommodating us (video tours and inspection, etc.). She is very knowledgeable on real estate transactions in IN vs. NC and educated us on several important things we otherwise would have missed. Erin kept us apprised as we moved through the entire process, including updates on repairs being made and recommendations for local contractors and services. On top of all of this we had a few good laughs along the way! She truly worked tirelessly and we consider ourselves lucky to have found her as our realtor. Thank you, Erin!
