I met Bill on a house hunt with my sister, he was filling in for her realtor for the day because he was out of town. I took his card because he was honest and easy to get along with and was thinking about purchasing a house myself. About 3 months later I found a house online that I was very interested in and I called him up to see if he'd work with me. After ok'ing it with my sister's realtor, he and I began working together.

We took a look at the house I found online and after I downright fell in love with the house, he told me in no way would he continue to work with me unless I looked at more houses. So, he and I spent a few weeks looking at about 15 other houses, but I still wanted the first one I saw. We started the negotiation process and he was just absolutely fantastic. Keep in mind, I'd never done anything like that before and he walked me through.. step by step... through the entire process. I never felt dumb. I never felt lost. He always had my back through the entire process.

The sellers and I negotiated for quite awhile and when we were $5000 apart, he went to bat for me and told the sellers to split the difference. They did and we settled on a price we were both happy with. The rest was easy. He made great recommendations on inspectors, mortgage lenders, etc.  On closing day, he stuck by my side and walked me through any questions I had.

Bill is just ABSOLUTELY fantastic. He's funny, honest, and genuine. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home.
