They did a really good job because we bought a house. They did an excellent job because we had many issues and problems and Johnny is a new agent that Johnny Walker, and so Jim had to take over. Johnny Walker was our actual agent but he was new and it was only his second house, and they had a big operation right in the middle of it, so I can't really rate him. It wasn't his fault, that he had a big operation, and was out of action for most of the time, so you might as well say Jim Anthony was the agent, because he was the mentor or the lead agent. They don't leave new agents on their own. There is no charge for real state agent. They get a commission based on the sale of the house, and I don't know what percentage it was. It was worth every dime no matter what it was.

They are an outstanding organization. They helped us with the house we have now. My wife was the one to work with them for about a year. They did a great job. We will use them in the future.

Jim was very accommodating during our house hunting trips. Jim spent countless hours and miles showing us over 30 homes and demonstrating great patience in helping us find the right house. Also, he was extremely helpful and comforting during a difficult negotiation process when purchasing the home.

I called Jane because she had another house listed in my area. Once I talked with her, I knew I wanted her to be my Realtor. She worked diligently helping my get my house ready for showing and even came in and staged some things in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. She remained calm through some negotiations on price and closed the deal early because I was going on vacation.
