WE MET WITH HIM AND SIGNED PAPER WORK. AN APPRAISER ARRIVED AT THE HOME, TOOK THE APPRAISAL, BUT WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING REGARDING THIS. IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS AND WE HAVE RECEIVED NO PAPER WORK AND NO ACTION. HE NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS AND CONTINUES TO PUSH THE DEADLINES BACK. HE KEEPS TELLING US THE RATE IS THE SAME, BUT I AM NOT SURE IF THE RATES ARE STILL HOLDING AFTER SIX MONTHS AND AND IF WE WILL EVEN BE ABLE TO GET THE LOAN WE REQUESTED. THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE WE STAND AFTER SIGNING THE PAPER WORK AND IF WE ARE EVEN ABLE TO CUT LOOSE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
