"We appreciate the feedback on our process with detailed estimate, annotated photos, and site execution that met and exceed the client's expectations. Our business is built on relationships and not gimmicks and one time service delivery. We are pleased to also with this client's sister in a similar project."
"It was a pleasure to work with this family, father, daughter, and son. They were referred to us by two of their neighbors and we are returning later this month for two additional, new clients. We are grateful for the trust and confidence of this client, her family, and neighbors."
"We appreciate the positive feedback. We met these clients through their neighbor for whom we replaced their roof and gutters. There were several challenges with the claims process, but through our advocacy and their support, we were able to provide a replacement roofing system that will last many, many years. We are grateful for such opportunities."
"We appreciate the feedback! We met this client through her neighbor whom we helped when they sold their prior home (we did inspection repairs) and then helped them with an assortment of projects on the new home. They were kind enough to recommend us to this client. We enjoyed working with our new client and appreciate the opportunity."
"We appreciate the feedback. This was a challenging project. Our client had been working for months to solve a fly issue and before our involvement and worked an exterminator, duct cleaning company, HVAC company, and liaised with Purdue. Due to the nature of the prior work and the fly activity, the project demanded a true partnership with the client. They recorded excellent data and allowed us an extended period of time to work through various causes and solutions. The ultimate solution involved additional HVAC work, drywall removal and "put-back", painting, as well as some minor concrete work and exhaust ventilation."
"It is always a pleasure to work with this Realtor client at their home and her for her clients. We collaborated on a cost effective strategy to update two of their bathrooms and diverse list of other repairs before they put their home on the market. We were able to help them improve the marketability of the home and sailed through the inspection process. We appreciate the feedback!"
"We appreciate the kind words and feedback. We have worked with this client for more than two years. We met her through her Realtor when she purchased her home. Our focus is relationships, not transactions. We have a growing base of clients whom we have served as their "One Call" solution over an extended period of time. We strive to no only earn our clients' trust and business for their immediate need, but to earn the future business."
"A true partnership with this family. We worked closely with them to identify and source the finish materials that met their safety needs and aesthetic tastes. One method we use is charging finish materials at acquisition cost (plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinets, counter tops, etc.) so that regardless of the provider there is clarity around their cost and empowers our clients to make the best decision for their budget. This was a great project in that the home had been in the family, but the new owners wanted to make it functional for their needs, but also have their color, finish, and overall presentation that made is their home. As time has passed since our major project efforts we returned to help them with additional modifications for a stair lift. We are grateful for the relationships we have with our clients and the powerful referrals to their family and friends."
"This project took several weeks to navigate the insurance claim process to assure our client was treated fairly, as well as multiple site visits with the adjuster. As a result of the initial event, we worked with our client on kitchen focused repairs, plumbing repairs, remodeling the finished basement, remodeling of the basement full bathroom, and a targeted update of their master bathroom. We have worked with this client over the past two years and have done garage door openers, roof repairs, drywall repairs, stair railing repairs, and painting. We appreciate and value long standing relationships as we have with this family."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] and his family were great to work with in the remodeling of their master bedroom bathroom. We worked with [Member Name Removed] on a strategic budget to maximize the aesthetics in the midst of altering the layout and all the related mechanical components to support the bathroom. [Member Name Removed] is also one of our Real Estate partners and we have worked closely with him and numerous clients on the acquisition and selling of their homes and investments properties. [Member Name Removed] is valued client and partner!"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! We have worked with [Member Name Removed] and her family since the late [Member Information Removed] of 2014. We have done roof repairs, interior repairs, remodeling (den, and two bathrooms), as well as general repairs throughout the past few years. We appreciate [Member Name Removed]'s loyalty and collaborative approach on the remodeling projects. We appreciate her meaningful feedback."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! We have worked with [Member Name Removed] and her family since 2010, both on her personal property and in her Real Estate business. As is our practice, we provided [Member Name Removed] the cost of the functional materials and labor and then worked with her and our suppliers for all finish materials (vanities, tile, plumbing fixtures, and lighting, etc., at our cost. This allows our clients complete transparency on the cost of finish materials. [Member Name Removed]has an incredible eye for detail and style, through our collaborative approach we were able to help her leverage her budget and support her throughout the process to make sure her vision was achieved. We have had literally had hundreds of transaction with her and her clients in the past sever years. She is a great client and partner!"
"The provisions of our resolution agreement prohibit us from responding to this review."
"It is rewarding to help homeowners make their new house a home. We are grateful for the kind feedback and appreciate the opportunity."
The opening frame was not straight, no surprise since no door there before. They had to remove some flooring and re install. They had to cut some 2 X 4's and extra stuff they did not plan on to make the opening square.
They climbed the attic ladder to get the extra flooring pieces so my husband and I would not have to. (he is not well).
They vacuumed as they went and as contractors go they were almost too neat. LOL.
Professional, courteous, efficient and the workmanship is stellar.
They are now my permanent go to company for all things home repair/build.
"Very grateful to work with these clients. They had several projects we were able to accommodate from a budget and scheduling perspective. Repaired a masonry issue with their fireplace that perplexed other providers, repaired subsequent drywall damage to that area, diagnosed a plumbing leak and subsequent drywall damage to their kitchen ceiling (matched their texture perfectly) and remodeled their main bathroom (new tub, tile, flooring, etc.). Very conscious consumers who sourced their own materials and provided them to us--which is our preferred methodology. We collaborate with our clients on the "finish materials" and give them access to our suppliers and knowledge on pricing, whether we purchase those materials or the client--such items are charged at the acquisition price. Our clients have a beautiful home and very clean. We were attentive, limiting dust and normal remodeling activity. We met their very high standard of cleanliness. We appreciate the kind words and the opportunity!"
