work went well but the rain messed up a part of their work and Mr, Bailey was not pleased with it so he teared it out and started again in one section. Did quality work so it all looks great.

I called Bailey on Friday afternoon - requesting a quote...he came out same day...sans notebook, calculator...took a look at the area where we wanted the slab poured...quoted the price. Reasonable and fair...I liked him. No frills...quoted on the spot...could do work ASAP. Bailey came out on the Tuesday following the Friday quote. I was here...as far as we could tell, the concrete work was outstanding! Hindsight being 20/20...we failed to ask certain questions.... We did not realize the mess that would be left behind... 1. We take great pride in our yard...Our yard was VERY torn up by the tractor. Deep ruts left which now leaves us paying for a load of topsoil and grass seed...The cost of our time and paying labor was not expected. 2. Our deck was covered with sawdust and wood scraps and our deck furniture was used as "saw horses" Would I use them again...probably not...Was I happy with Price and End product...Yes...Would I ask more questions next times...Heck Yes!

Came out and gave estimate at the end of May i decided to go with them on July 14th they came out that day and started they showed up every day at 8 o'clock and quit at 4:30 every day .they asked what i wanted done and explained want they were doing .they were very professional.

Mr. Bailey was very responsive to all of our requests, except for contacting us before they poured the new concrete (which David had specifically requested so that he could be present).  He stated that he tried to call us but received a "disconnected" message.  They proceeded with the work anyway, and then reached us at the given number to inform us that the work had been completed.  He poured four front steps, instead of the original three, which will probably be fine, but we would have preferred for him to consult with us about his plan rather than making an "executive decision."  There is another front walkway next to the steps, and the additional step changes the access somewhat.  We are, overall, thrilled with the improvement.  They were excellent about removing all debris.  Other contractors were not as responsive to phone calls, with follow-through, or even in assessing our job correctly.  Mr. Bailey surpassed others on this score.  He is also very easy to communicate with and is respectful of his customers.  We would definitely use him again for other needs.

Floyd did a great job.  He did all prep work one day, and poured concrete day two.  They included prep & even hauled away the dirt from where they excavated.

Flloyed was fabulous! Very easy to work with, explained everything he was doing, even let me use his coupon after quoting the price.

I reviewed and contacted several companies from Angie's list. I was a little concerned about the one dissatisfied customer mentioned but because Mr. Bailey's price was the lowest I decided to give him a chance. I was more than satisified! He was prompt with his estimate. He was able to begin work the next week. He arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. The steps were a little bit more detailed than normal. He used 5 runs of rebar and the 53s that I requested. The steps look great! I asked for some changes and he was attentive to my detail. I am very pleased with the service. You can look at his work at 1414 North College!

Keith came out after called. Described what he would do and gave me an estimate. Work was done with quality.

We were happy with the responsiveness of this contractor.  I was having issues with other suppliers for this job even responding.  Mr. Bailey responded quickly and worked with me to develop a price effective solution to my problem.  His price was lower than another vendor with the same solution. The 'B' rating in professionalism is for a bit of sloppiness during the work and in the final product. The 'B' in quality is due to some of the cracks reappearing quickly (In fairness, he said this was a possibility).  I feel a little more prep work on the original surface would have reduced this.

I can't say enough about Mr. Bailey and his crew.  Thanks to Angie's list, I found another diamond in the rough.  Extremely fair, dependable, very pleasant to work with, and most importantly the quality was fantastic!  Great reputation!

Went well.  Had to move rocks along the driveway from our rock garden and did put them back after asked to do so.  Maybe not as nice as before, but that would have been hard to get exactly like they were.

Called for an estimate and they told me what it would cost and how long to finish work.
I decided to let them do the job and they exceeded my expectations at a very reaonable price.

He was a very nice young guy. He did an excellent job. Everyone that sees the steps comments about how good they look.

Arrived the day after I called them.  Tore out the old drive on Friday and poured the following Monday.  They did have to remove some rocks that were slightly on the driveway and they did replace them.  They did come back and put dirt in the trenches left from the concrete forms.

They were on time, very reasonable price and work was finished quickly.

They were absolutely great. They were here maybe a week or so after we called to give an estimate. They did the work and did a nice job. It wasn?t cheap but the price was fair.

They did a good job. They extended a new walkway to the porch and a walkway to the backyard.

Mr. Bailey was very prompt and came out right when he said he would. Estimate was the lowest of the four contractors I contacted. They dug and poured the footers and laid the block for the garage foundation from the plans I provided. The poured the garage floor according to plan. While on site we asked them to install a parking pad and sidewalk for the new garage. Additionally we asked them to remove our old front steps that had too steep of a rise and install shallower steps and some additional sidewalk. All work was performed as promised. We had some minor shrinkage cracks in the garage floor, while not a structural problem, they were unsightly. Mr. Bailey and the concrete supply remedied the crack issue to my satisfaction.

EXCELLENT WORK. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANYTHING BETTER, PLUS HIS ESTIMATE WAS LOWER THAN SIX OTHERS AND NONE COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. I GAVE HIM A SET OF WRITTEN ENGINEERING SPECS AND HE FOLLOWED THEM TO THE LETTER.
