They were more interested in selling my house than trying to find me one to buy. I've looked at over 11 homes with them and finally one that I wanted to purchase. I wanted to offer $5,000 less, but they did not have the paperwork with them for the offer. They said they had another listing they had to get to. When I was ready to move forward with the offer, they asked me to do something online, but I'm not comfortable doing things online. I asked to get together the next day to sign paper work and give the money down. I didn't hear anything back from them. The next day, they sent me an email asking me to find another realtor. I feel they wasted both my time and their time. I think they were more interested in making a buck selling my house than what I wanted.

The condo was sold after listing for 58 days. Communication with agent was good. Thought that an open house should have been done before 7 weeks of listing since there had only been 3 showings. Overall happy with process. Just seems like Realtors make a lot of money per hour when you look at time spent.

When we sell the house we have to pay a commission, but we haven't sold the house yet. We chose F.C. Tucker because they seemed to be the most honest and straightforward. It's only been a week, so I have nothing good or bad to comment on, regarding my experience with them. Everything so far has worked smoothly. They did what they said they were going to do, and we're pleased. They need to sell the house for us, and then we'll be very pleased. I'd give them As across the board. As of now, we intend to continue with them, though, that may change tomorrow. If the house sells, we'll be happy, and if it doesn't, well, who knows?

Audrey Smith is a professional of the first caliber. She worked with us for two years, showing us dozens of homes. Gave tons of advice, but never pushy or overbearing, always listening to our needs. Where many would have given up (we survived one offer/counter marathon before backing out, then a 9-month wait on a short sale that never happened), she smiled through it all and in the end helped us find the PERFECT home. And once a client, always a client with Audrey. She continues to provide us with regular mailings, advice, and information to be better homeowners. Stop looking for a realtor and call Josh now! Seriously, forget your neighbor's friend or anyone else who "knows a guy" and call Josh. My wife and I didn't know him from a ham sandwich when we called to set up an appointment to look at a house we found online. After our first meeting, we knew we wanted him to help us find our next home. He was incredibly thorough. He listened and took notes of our likes and dislikes. He followed up when he said he would and he handled all of the snags that popped up throughout the process. A perfect example - Three hours before we were set to close on our new house, the seller's realtor called Josh and told him that the closing was going to have to be postponed to a different day due to errors made by the title company. He told her that was unacceptable and proceeded to spend the next two hours making phone calls to fix the problem. Josh works tirelessly to educate his clients and help put them into a home they can afford. He's a straight shooter that truly cares about his clients. We can't wait to use him again!

The realtor we were dealing with was Art Johnson and he was wonderful. Add another A to his list because he was just terrific. I liked that he was honest, kind and gave us excellent guidance on what kinds of things we need to ready the house. He provided us with good workers. We needed some painting and he gave us some recommendations on that. He really did an excellent job with us and answered all of our questions. I felt very confident, I trusted him from the very beginning and it was worth it. He did a fine job. He called us once a week, was always available for our phone calls if we had questions and the listing went very smoothly. I think it was a difficult listing and he handled it just very smoothly. Everything went very well and there was not one glitch. It was a pretty old house. It was a wonderful experience.

He is very thorough and has been in the business for a ling time. He is very knowledgeable. He gave great advice over the months we were selling our home. He was here for all inspections and the closing. He is well respected in the area. I would use him again
