This was a great experience. The facility is clean and well-protected by a security system and cameras, including on the back parking lot. Debbie was extra helpful and compassionate, and did everything she could to help me in a very stressful situation! I've used many storage companies over the years, and this one is the most professional and has many little extras that make dealing with your stuff easy: They provide locked parking for two cars inside their garage while loading or unloading, provide three dolly carts, and the elevator can stop at the loading dock level so you can transfer things directly into or out of your truck. It's heated and air-conditioned so you're comfortable, and your things are out of the weather. They even have an upbeat radio broadcast over the PA system, which I've never encountered elsewhere, and a call button direct to the office so you can talk to them easily, during office hours. A 5x5 foot room was only $29 a month!
