Exquisite Cleaning Services

I have tried to call this service five times in the last six days, and each time I am told that they "will have someone call me back". Of course, no one calls, so I have to call back the next day. I bought two Groupons with these jokers, so now they have my money, and I cannot seem to get them to return a call. My advice would be to never use this service, as I am not sure they would be any more reliable in holding an appointment than they are in scheduling one.

I purchased three Groupon 2-hour cleaning sessions and have called the company for the past two months. No one will return my phone call, they have my money, but my house has not been cleaned. It would be nice to at least get a return phone call or my money back.

The cleaners showed up on time and did an ok job at cleaning the house. I had purchased a certificate from Living Social for 2.5 hours of deep cleaning. We were having people over for New Year's Eve and did not want to deal with cleaning the entire house. They did clean the house but I would not describe it as a deep clean. They cleaned around things, did not pick up rugs to sweep underneath, etc. They did work the entire 2.5 hours but they moved pretty slow. I ended up going back through the house after they left and had to clean the bannisters, do some additional dusting, clean the shower, etc. I basically got what I paid for and was not real impressed with the quality of the clean or their anxiousness to hurry up and get done. I would not pay their actual rates (I think it's $125 for a 2.5 hour clean) for them to clean the house. For the $55 certificate and then a tip to the cleaners it was ok but it certainly was not up to the standards of other companies we have used and certainly not worth the price it would have cost had we not had the certificate. I appreciate the cleaning they did do but they need to do a much more thorough job.

We were given a "Groupon" from Exquisite as a gift, for 2 hours of housecleaning. We called for an appointment and were scheduled for 3PM on 12/8. On the morning of the appointment we received a call from the cleaning company and they asked if they could come early. I said sure and they said they would be here at 11:30 AM. They never showed up all day and didn't call to cancel. Today (12/9) we called and left a message on their answering machine explaining the problem and asking for them to call us back. We have not received a call. Update 1/7/2011: Chapter 2 in the no-show saga of Exquisite Cleaning Services. Soon after we submitted the previous report for them failing to show up for a scheduled appointment, we received a call from Jonathon Lewis of Exquisite, apologizing for the no-show and telling us to reschedule and he would authorize another free 2 hours of cleaning. We called immediately and were told that the first available appointment was today, Jan 7th. Today we got a call saying they were having trouble finding our house. We gave directions and they said they were on their way but they never sowed. Yet another no-show, no-call
