"It has truly been a blessing and privilege in serving your home. It means so much to me personally and the business in general to have the support of so many wonderful clients Such as yourself. Their cleaning crews are very friendly and do a thorough cleaning each week. We have very few issues with them. The one time a room was not vacuumed before they left to complete another job in a hurry. After I called and informed them, they showed up promptly the next day to complete the work they overlooked.
They have always been willing to help with little occasion extra issues, like helping me clean the garage refrigerator that had a soda can explode in it once.
Our only negative times have been when the cleaning crew comes later in the day and the kids are home from school trying to complete projects or homework and everyone is in everyone's way. But this is a rare issue and is just worked through each time and we are usually warned when the crew gets scheduled later than usual.. So we can plan accordingly.
"Thanks for the Kind Words of encouragement. It has been most difficult the last couple years with Employees,consistent Training ,and expectations, both for them and from them. This is truly the Most Difficult Job I have ever Had, and yet also the Most rewarding. I feel Like I have 20 Kids and 100 grand Kids-Trying to reward and encourage staff is sometimes very challenging for Us. I don't think we ask for more then is reasonable expectations of staff. However I think the Ratio of 1 in 20 making it through probation is Fairly accurate. We are blessed to have a rare group of men and Women that actually have a Good Work ethic Still. "We cleaned for the this client before and they had a delightful experience- called back and scheduled another cleaning after refinishing floors,patching,sanding and painting. I anticipated that the construction work would have been completed prior to us coming in. When they arrived people were still painting and sanding- after crew left, I did receive call, she reported that they had forgotten a foyer light and one other in another room. I told her I would send them right back- She said they worked hard and were very pleasant felt bad about having to come back. I told her not to worry- but in the end.. said no problem she would do herself.a few hours later an email that the cleaning was basically horrible.she was there the whole time and they worked continuously dusting, washing and cleaning all that was accessible. We are not infalliable but truly desire to be and our goal is true customer satisfaction.I made arrangements to send crew back and they redid several areas- I am not sure this was a fair accessment based on the construction activies still going on in this house.We are bonded ,insured and do stand behind our work. I suggest they change the air filters or within hours of any cleaning if work dry wall is floating in the air it will built up and be obvious. - Next time I will not schedule until construction is completed and the time is unlimited to complete the cleaning.Sorry to see it end on a bad note for them.We wish them the best - Here and in Arizona Susan Webb"
