Exclusive Detail House Cleaning

Cheryl came in to our home and quoted a price and stating for the price she was one of the best. Heavy Detailing would be performed for this high cost. - Top to bottom and we would be happy. She said future times she would even get to doing little projects. States she doesn't do hourly charge but total cost and everything would be wiped down and clean. Fixtures, any bathroom build up. Bottom line - She and her daughter had been at my house for little over four hours. They didn't wipe down everything, they certainly didn't detail everything, and they didn't even clean my kitchen floor, clean counters, fans, dust lights, etc. Cheryl tired to tell me she washed my kitchen floor in less than 5 min. And all the spots I was seeinig was from my dogs that had just walked on it (funny they hadn't even touched it). I pointed out to her that a rug hadn't been vacuumed. She said it had been! If I had a picture everyone reading this would laugh. In the end Cheryl didn't have the courtesy to run thru my house with me. She was more concerned about getting her grandson from school and not completing the job she promised. I would never use this individual again. She certainly did not live up to her end of the bargain. Which was staying and completing the project until it was done. i walked thru my house after she had left and numerous things had been missed that she promised. Please consider this evaluation of her services. If you need your house detailed do yourself a favor and look for someone else.

The house smells and looks clean. Cheryl is conscientious, reliable and honest. She will go the extra mile to be sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend.

She does a great job, is detailed and will do extras or special areas
If requested. She will also listen if you have areas you think need more attention and will be sure to get them the next time. We use her every two weeks. My wife works and she LOVES to come home to a sparkling clean house that smells "just cleaned fresh...!"
