Joe and Rob were both very easy to work with and sold our downtown home in 20 days for a fair price. I've worked with other downtown specialists, but they're the best.

I switched to Joe Everhart's office after two years without a single bite on my downtown condo using another Real Estate office. With several other units on the market in my condo association, I knew it wasn't going to be easy but Joe and his staff helped set our expectations while keeping our spirits up. They persuaded us not to drop the price on several occasions, even though we were in a hurry to sell. In a few months we had an offer and Joe and Rob walked us through every question, concern, and oddity that came up. We're abroad and they guided us on our power of attorney documents, gave great advice about the inspection results and even helped us work out the sale of some of our furniture to the new buyer. Just amazing service, unbelievably responsive and helpful. They were positive and confident- just what you want in a Realtor team! We are so grateful to them for all their work and time. We're thrilled to have closed on the condo this morning!

Kate is terrific!
As first time home buyers, we were a little clueless and had a lot of questions. Kate was both diligent and patient. No question was off limits and she never made us feel foolish.
She guided us through the closing details and also followed up afterwards.
I would recommend Kate to anyone, especially first time home buyers who need someone who'll go the extra mile.

.Everything went fine. Ms. Fry was competent, professional, and attentive to our needs. The two and quot;not Aand quot; grades are for:
1. Price for her services is a fixed percentage of the sales price, regardless of the realtor. Therefore N/A
2. In both our first telephone conversation and our first face-to-face meeting, she tried to persuade us to look at houses outside our price range. I had told her 'no, thanks' on our phone conversation, so perhaps she thought she could persuade my wife at her first meeting with both of us. We both told her 'no, thanks' firmly, and it seemed to take that time. Little bit of irritation at that, so less than and quot;A.and quot; In all else, she was most attentive and responsive.

Fantastic experience. Our house was on the market with a different realtor for several months without an offer after a few showings. It actually ended up suffering some water damage requiring some extra work and taking it off the market for a few months. After placing it back on the market for significantly more than it was originally listed with the other realtor, we had a bid within a week of listing and agreed to a sale price that was more than the initial listing several months ago! Excellent service and kept us informed all the way!

Joe is amazing! He is a complete professional. Knowledgeable about the local market, national and local economy, financing and marketing strategies. His communication was excellent! Even in a dismal real estate market (the "crash" of 2008), he called us at least weekly with updates. He followed through on every showing, worked with us on how best to show our properties, optimum pricing, etc. Ultimately, we took the properties off the market (because of the overall economy--not a good time to sell), but this is absolutely no reflection on Joe. He is, in our opinion, the best Real Estate broker in Indianapolis! I would not consider using anyone else for a downtown or historic property.
