Label for mailbox done in timely manner and was easy to put on mailbox myself.

Worked with my schedule to coordinate a pickup after hours.

Called and spoke with Tim on Monday 2/23  - they replaced the mailbox post for me Tuesday 2/24 (and it's FRIGID out).
received my charge/ receipt within hours/   Great service. 

Very reasonable price to straighten the post damaged by city snow plows and install a new mailbox. Attentive, friendly young man did the work. Would use them again absolutely.

Ken was very nice, expedited my order b ecause my mailbox was down, installed in 2 days. Wrong spelling and put the news box back on, but was very responsive and it was completely fixed by Tuesday.

Everything was wonderful. I sent in a picture of our old box and estes designs replace it with address of color of identical match. Very professional company.

I contacted Estes by phone and he was able to set up an appointment right away for just a few days later. His price compared to others that I called was cheap. It was $20 additional to install which I went ahead and had them do it which totaled $74.99 so the mailbox it's self was only $51.39, that is fair! If I ever need another mailbox I will definitely call them! They did a great job and were very nice to work with!

My experience with them was absolutely perfect. The final price was exactly what they estimated, they gave me exactly what I ordered, and they were very prompt. I would absolutely recommend them. They were very accommodating about letting me combine features from different mailboxes I saw on the website.

They came out, took the old one up and put the new one in. They set up the paper holder as well. It was an excellent job and very inexpensive. It was over and above what I expected.

I called on Thursday and ordered a new custom mailbox and post. I was told it would take about a week and it was installed on Thursday the following week. I used their website to determine what I wanted before I called so the telephone ordering process was very efficient. The new mailbox and post look absolutely beautiful and complements my home. Estes even hauled away the old mailbox and post. They perfomred this service and I didn't have to be present. I received my billing invoice by email which is also very efficient. An excellent experience all around. I highly recommend this company!

Old plastic mailbox had been hit by cars and was cracking and the post was not solid. Estes showed up for the job the day they said they would. The job was finished in one day and it looks great ! The old post and mail box were taken away and the original landscaping was placed back. No more jokes from my neighbors about my mailbox !
