He came out, measured and faxed an estimate. After my confirmation by fax, he ordered the blinds and within 30 days, he brought the custom blind, installed and cleaned up efficiently. There was no interruption of my business. The blind he installed is actually a little higher quality than the rest of the office, but you would only notice with use. They match perfectly. I sent him a check for the work and we were done. A perfect transaction. Fred is extremely responsive, thoughtful and punctual.
