Fred came to measure up the job and quote. He gave us a quote that was fair, so we contracted him to complete the task. He quoted dates to start and finish the task which he kept to. He worked as agreed and described, completing each day's activity by vacuuming and cleaning the job site and path trodden completely. He successfully raised all issues in a timely manner such that they did not impact the schedule. Overall he did a great job, and carried out additional tasks that were over and above expectations.
