Erin's Castle of Clean LLC

Erin and Daniel are great. They do a wonderful job, are extremely thorough and are conscientious. They are always here right when they say they will be here, send a reminder the night before and clean things that I often don't think about (the top of the kitchen fan, sliding glass doors inside and out). I highly recommend them.

They do an excellent job, especially considering the amount of clutter we have on shelves, counters, etc. They are very careful with our things and are careful about not letting cats escape.

They are very responsible. They are very careful in the work that they do.

It's gone wonderfully for two years, and we're confident it will continue that way. Erin and Daniel are sheer heaven for kitchens, bathrooms, and pet-destroyed surfaces or areas, and they take special requests (like using green products or watching out for the person allergic to Windex) in their stride. We mention this in particular because not everyone does those tasks or takes (or remembers) those requests. Erin in particular is a gifted organizer and has a natural sense of feng shui. We can easily see her becoming a professional organizer in the future, should she want to. If we’ve asked Erin to arrange an area or recommend what we might do, she’s always been able to do it. She and Daniel also have the gift of tactfully ordering things we’ve left disarrayed in small ways. We have a complicated home for two messy people and their occasional visiting relatives, and it’s made especially challenging by a full roster of pets. Erin and Daniel are themselves pet lovers, and they’ve never turned a hair at conditions that are less than perfect when they arrive. Needless to say, things are much, much better when they leave. Erin and Daniel are trustworthy, so that we’ve left a blank check for them to fill in, on the honor system—though they understandably don’t relish this arrangement. We have sometimes had to leave the house while they were cleaning, meaning that they are home alone with four howling dogs and an outraged cat. (Thank God for ear buds!) In short, they work with us and are flexible, even when the conditions aren’t those they’d prefer.
