Erik was very nice and personable. My dog took to him quickly. He did a wonderful job and his price was very reasonable.

It went well. Our dog is very nervous. Erik does a nice job making her feel safe.

Erik was excellent! The cut was exactly what I was hoping for, and Erik was so good with my little dog, which really reduced his anxiety. The convenience of mobile grooming is amazing, and Erik now has a new loyal customer!

It was great! I was so worried because of his skittishness. When he showed up (RIGHT ON TIME), it was a terrible thunderstorm and raining buckets. The grooming is in a big metal van, so I'm sure the rain was super loud in there on the roof. I figured there was no way my dog was going to be cool with it. 40ish minutes later he came in all happy and cleaned up looking great! He must really have a good hand with dogs because my skittish old fart of a dog did great! Definitely recommend for home grooming in your future. :) (Woman who answers the phones could be a little friendlier though, food for thought)

He agreed to try grooming my 2nd dog, who is very difficult and bites. Many people won't even try. It was not successful, but I appreciated that he was willing to try. He was very knowledgeable about dog behavior and was very professional. He did an OK job with my Cocker Spaniel, but there were clipper marks on his back for a few days, and his ears were still damp afterwards. Erik had to plug into our home electricity, and it blew a fuse. That was a bit inconvenient and took more time than expected due to that.

I called about having my dog groomed. We talked about the day and time. I then asked the most important question: Did Erik have a beard? My dog is a rescue dog who clearly was abused by a guy with a beard because she is terrified of men with beards. The woman I spoke with said that Erik sometimes has a beard. To me, this means he really isn't really a beard guy and just occasionally grows a scruffy beard. I asked if he could definitely shave that day and I was told that he couldn't do the grooming if he couldn't have a beard. I would understand if he always has a beard but by her own description he doesn't. Their loss!

Brinkley does not like to ride in the car or to be groomed. Mobile grooming worked well for us and Erik was very nice to work with.

Very poor customer service in response to my inquiry. Receptionist refused to make an appointment for me (while I was out walking my dog) because I couldn't provide a cross street to my house (because one physically doesn't exist). I asked her to do me a favor and Google it and she said they don't have Google! And the price is a lot higher than any other mobile grooming service at $80/dog. Their loss!

Erik is great. My dog hates being groomed and never did well at Petsmart in the cages for hours before/after grooming. She does SO MUCH better with Erik. It's only about an hour, he is super friendly and is great at what he does. I've never experienced anything like what the couple of poor reviews are saying. I have used Erik for about a year and will continue to. It is super convenient and has always been a great experience for my dog and I.

He was simply rude. He did not know what customer service was... He did a horrible job on our larger dog, was done with him and our dog was still wet! There were lines on our dog from the clippers. I can't cut a straight line and I could have done a better job. He was not cut to the specifics of our breed and that was discussed prior to the appointment. He talked over me when I was trying to discuss the preferences with our dogs. He charged me for nail trimming and did not touch their nails. He was rude, arrogant and did a poor job.

I called for an appointment and received a prompt response. I scheduled and received a call the day before as a reminder. Erik showed up on time, was friendly and worked quickly. I was a bit anxious because it was the first haircut for my 7 month old kitten, but he came back in the house ready to play and show off his new look. Well worth the cost for the quality and convenience- will definitely be using him again!

Erick is good with my three big dogs all weighing 100.00. My guys hate being groomed but he gets the job done. Erick is always on time and I think his prices are great.

Very happy with the service provided! We will definitely be using again. Our Shih tzu (Mushu) is very nervous of the groomer and most new situations - Erik took a few minutes to sit down with our dog and get to know him, and when Mushu came back from his grooming he was calm and not at all stressed. Mushu also has extremely sensitive skin and Erik was very mindful of this, there was no irritation, redness, or itching after grooming. The cut looks fabulous - one of the best Mushu has ever received. Great Service!

The entire process was super!  Great communication and even better was the service Erik provided for our 13 1/2 year old Pug - who hates to be given a bath.  Nails, anal glands, ears, teeth and a bandanna - plus Frankie smells great.  Thanks so much!
